Not at Flippa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Hey there \ud83d\udc4b,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this week\u2019s Alts by Flippa newsletter I discuss:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>3 AI engines and 2 NLP algorithms vs Google<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8-figure domain sale confirmed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Centurica data showing dramatic drop off in sold listings in 2022<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moonbirds removing IP from their NFT holders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Every heading is a discussion channel in the Alts by Flippa discord community &#8211;&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/discord.gg\/altsbyflippa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">come join over 1700 of us<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/discord.gg\/altsbyflippa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Join the Alts by Flippa Community<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#contentsites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I previously tried ranking an aged domain with AI content and <a href=\"https:\/\/alts.substack.com\/p\/-the-search\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wrote how<\/a> how (like <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/nichepursuits\/status\/1537140412124606470?s=20&amp;t=JEYhE7s_HcifkJYEoyEEiQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Spencer Haws<\/a> had experienced) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RichardPatey\/status\/1540701743532724224?s=20&amp;t=2adlvhKjQOnZmg8AG_Efgw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">it didn&#8217;t go well<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The issue for me was the aged domain that just wouldn&#8217;t index, as the content, created by <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Jus10McGill\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Justin McGill<\/a> of <a href=\"https:\/\/contentatscale.ai\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Content at Scale<\/a> was solid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I told Justin that I&#8217;m trying again on a fresh domain, having done an XML import of the content, and he replied saying he&#8217;s now completely changed the AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Like other companies, over the last year he built a GPT-3 driven SEO platform, but has now moved to using 3 AI engines and 2 NLP algorithms to compose. The software looks at what&#8217;s already ranking to build the knowledge to compile the post and then his team edits and optimizes everything. You can check out what this new content looks like as the software has written their entire new <a href=\"https:\/\/contentatscale.ai\/content-marketing-playbook\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Content Marketing Playbook<\/a> silo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But Justin still does not think that AI content on its own is ready for prime-time which is why he\u2019s not yet releasing the platform to the public. Instead, he&#8217;s now switching it up and looking to work with website investors to develop the content strategy, and deploy his team:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>I am personally looking to work with a small number of website owners as head of SEO\/Content. I bought one for $60 for <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RichardPatey\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">my PFP on twitter<\/a> (a lot cheaper than the $40K for a Moonbird pre CC0 announcement, now sub $25K).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There&#8217;s been a lot of snarky tweets:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Everyone is mad about moonbirds going cc0.
