Internet marketing and SEO have always been a passion for me and it\u2019s already been 20 years that I\u2019ve been playing in this field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just 5 \/ 6 years ago this became my main activity, building niche websites. I bought this website a few years back from a true passionate writer on the topic. Since then I moved it from an old HTML to a better WordPress website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What can you tell us about your Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the visitors come organically from Google. The Website has a huge authority with links coming from websites like: wikipedia,nytimes.com,theguardian.com,washingtonpost.com etc<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is the asset on your listing owner-operated, how much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This website doesn’t take much of my time. The website was completely passive for almost 2 years, just recently I merged with another website and started to produce more content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My idea was to push on this project really hard but some other projects require more capital than aspected and I decided to sell it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does someone need to do to continue operating the business in its current form?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you don’t want to grow further, a minimum amount of time a new content it’s required.
A solo operator can manage it with a few hrs per week\/month<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I suggest keeping producing content as google trust the authority of the website.
If you are a social media expert, here are opportunities also as I never tested.
Finally, with so many articles (more than 800 posts) you can work on internal linking and on page optimization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What has been the evolution of this asset since its launch?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a peace of internet history. Originally created in 2002 it’s still around stronger than before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How does this business make money? What are the current revenue streams?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The website it’s monetized internally with display ads.
Another source of revenue could be added by the new owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only selling guest posts or links to existing content can bring extra money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keep in mind that links from a Dr 61 website are expensive.
Renting links in the footer is another option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What marketing channels are most profitable for the business?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As said all organic traffic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only organic traffic, no expenses for links or SEO<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How big is your current team? How many people does it take to run this business?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have my own team, but this website does not require much time to run it.
1 person can handle it, just writing a few articles per month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s the reason for selling your business on Flippa?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As I mentioned I have other projects that require more resources and I decide to sell this website. I’m confident this website will sell fast and I can have a quick cash injection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
