We are UK based limited company looking to sell one of our most valuable business assets which is described above. This would be a perfect acquisition for a similar business either working in the same sector or someone that offers a similar service where this could be bolted on and work seamlessly with their current offering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As an eCommerce business<\/a>, where are your products made?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pakistan, China, Turkmenistan, and Turkey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have only been marketing our products via amazon ads PPC and they mostly originated from there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is the asset on your listing owner-operated, how much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, our FBA store is owner-operated. It takes around 20 hours per week time of the owner-operator and 20 hours per week time of one team member. We dispatch stock to amazon FBA centres and all other sales are automated via FBA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does someone need to do to continue operating the business in its current form?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new owner of the business must be able to be either present in the UK and have their own warehouse or contract a 3PL warehouse to work with. We currently operate from our own warehouse in the UK for only UK sales and contracted 3PL warehouse in Lithuania for EU sales\/dispatches to Amazon FBA warehouses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can you list a few opportunities for a potential new owner to continue growing the business?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Future of the business. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We consider our business as a successful start-up and there is much more room for growth. There is still untapped growth potential via our Pan EU marketplaces as we were mainly concentrated on our home marketplace of the UK. Around 90% of our current sales are in the UK and if more marketing and attention is given to Pan EU marketplaces (where we have already set up 3PL warehouse\/dispatch infrastructure with growing sales) new business owners can at least double or triple the current volume of the revenue in no time. There is also potential growth, brand awareness, and monetization via social media platforms. It was in our plans but we never launched\/published any social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc). It is also an untapped growth opportunity. Although experience and knowledge are always a good thing to have when starting or acquiring a business, the new owner would not necessarily need any of the above said. We have started with zero knowledge or experience in e-commerce in 2019 and familiarized ourselves with everything very quickly. There is also amazon seller university for free where you can learn everything about amazon’s FBA business in no time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What has been the evolution of this asset since its launch?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The steady growth of sales on a monthly and yearly basis. Most of our products became the best sellers and amazon’s choice. We are on a top range of our product category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The business makes money mainly via sales on amazon FBA stores (UK and PAN EU Marketplaces).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, it is amazon ads PPC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
