I have bought and sold sites on Flippa for 15+ years with over $50k in sales. I bought this site five years ago and it has been great. I’m moving and would like to sell to someone who can make it grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What can you tell us about your Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

CAC is zero, all word of mouth. Average customer buys 2-3 pairs since I’ve owned the store. Lots of repeat customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have done zero marketing. Customers all come from organic links, word of mouth and recommendations from equestrian school instructors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is the asset on your listing owner-operated, how much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5-10 minutes per week, all run by the owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Store the inventory (one shelf worth), answer a few questions per month via email, ship out orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
