Tell us a little about yourself. What\u2019s your background? How did you start the business?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m a computer engineer turned into a businessman instead of doing the job. I do create job opportunities in my companies to reduce unemployment. I’ve always loved the idea of being involved with highly profitable businesses with less work. Currently, I have many businesses including Paytiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Initially, I personally started to provide exchange services personally to some people. Later I researched and found that it’s a very good potential market. So as a computer engineer I thought we should create a website. So clients don’t require to deal personally. Also in the finance industry, there are many scam\/fraud cases. So to reduce scams\/frauds I got this idea to create a website and make it trusted, so people can trust a website and exchange their crypto seamlessly. At first moment, I thought we will get huge orders. But the trust is we were getting very low volume. So we did more research and did work on it. After a few months, we started getting a good volume of orders. Because during this time Paytiz became a trusted company. People started getting references from their friends, family or blogs. We also started finding suppliers who want to buy coins regularly. We partner with them to stable our revenue. Since then everything going well. Later, we never need to see in a back. Because our sales volume increased and profit margin increased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a crypto exchange service. It basically takes and gives service. Paytiz generates revenue from exchange commissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What can you tell us about your Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organic traffic is always free based on SEO. Organic traffic always converts to long term clients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blog posts, Activity in forums, reviews sites, exchangers monitoring sites etc.
Our customers are based worldwide. We have huge clients from RF and EU zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is the asset on your listing owner-operated, how much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The asset is listed on-site to attract clients. You should have a minimum ready balance to process orders fast. Also as users pay you will get the money in advance to process large quantity orders. $500K on hand is enough to run the business. If you invest more assets in the business then obviously revenue should be increased based on volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It can take 5-7 days to know about the platform, introduction to suppliers, learn about functions\/options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 support\/service employees are enough for starting to cover at least 18 hours a day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

70% of the work is automated. The rest of some things need to be done manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They will need to hire 3 support\/service managers to cover support and service for at least 18 hours a day. Good communication with PayPal, banks fund suppliers. Fast order process during business hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
