Tell us a little about yourself. What\u2019s your background? How did you start the business?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My name is Robert Manders and I have a background in Economics and Entrepreneurship from Florida State University. I have always been interested in numbers and trade. I worked in politics from 2016-to 2019 and decided midway through 2019 that I was ready to step away, go back to school, with the intention of creating my own business once the necessary capital was available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have marketed my product on Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, TikTok, Sezzle Marketplace, Cold Calling, Cold E-mailing, Word of Mouth, Sponsorships, Affiliations, etc. The list goes on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is the asset on your listing owner-operated, how much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The asset is owner operated. I have experimented with different versions of the business models over the year Rumble Gun has been around. It began as a dropshipping business, with no held inventory. It shifted into a private labelled product with a trademarked name. In about March of 2021, I began buying inventory in bulk to have shipped from a fulfilment centre. This is known as the Third Party Logistics model. And finally, at this current date, I am buying Rumble Guns in bulk and fulfilling orders at my house. All this said I am the only person to run the business. The majority of our traffic and sales are organic at this stage. So depending on sales\/customer service e-mails, it’ll take no more than an hour of actual work per day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does someone need to do to continue operating the business in its current form?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All someone needs to do to operate the business in its current form is buy more inventory when inventory becomes low, fulfil\/ship orders when they come in, and deal with customers as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Growing the business<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Can you list a few opportunities for a potential new owner to continue growing the business?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A potential new owner would already have the benefit of the $1000’s of dollars spent in marketing and advertising to establish a basic level of brand recognition. To continue growing, I would suggest finding a cost-effective avenue of marketing that does not eliminate the healthy profit margin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How does this business make money? What are the current revenue streams?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This business makes money by selling the main product, which is the Rumble gun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What marketing channels are most profitable for the business?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sezzle Marketplace is the most profitable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How big is your current team? How many people does it take to run this business?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s the reason for selling your business on Flippa?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m not entirely convinced that I should sell this business but am curious to know what the market would pay for it. I’m in a win\/win scenario. If I sell it, I have additional capital to use toward another business I run. If I keep it, I have a constant flow of profit with minimal effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
