My name is Benjamin Okoro and I’ve been selling SEO services as a freelancer for over 5 years offering my services on Fiverr.com, Legiit.com and Konker.io. I started this business after I lost my aged Fiverr account then I made a decision to start my agency business where I would have total control over my destiny. Ever since I started the business has grown beyond my expectations and now I feel is the right time to step aside and allow a new business owner to take the business to a whole new level. Just like every business, this one has had its own challenging times but it has always bounced back bigger. There’s so much potential for this business, as long as Google exists people will keep using SEO services to rank their business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We sell Guest Posts, Niche Edits and Press Release services to SEO experts, Marketing agencies and Affiliate marketers in several niches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the software provider pro (SPP) data the Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) is $619.59. While we use the free promotional method to generate the sales revenue, the average Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) is less than $50.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We promoted the services via email marketing to our 5,500+ subscribers that were built manually from SEO related Facebook groups and freelance sites like Fiverr.com, Legiit.com, Konker.io, etc. Most of our customers came from the subscribers that we built over the years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is the asset on your listing owner-operated, how much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, the asset is owner-operated and it cost less than 4 hours of daily work to run. Since I work full time on the business, I didn’t have anyone on the team except for virtual assistants (VA) that I outsource some tasks to e.g. Content writing, prospecting and data entry tasks. I work with these VA’s on a freelance basis i.e. they get paid only for tasks that they completed. The business is semi-automated because we’ve built relationships with site owners that you can leverage to hit the ground running right away if you buy the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does someone need to do to continue operating the business in its current form?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the buyer needs to do is to leverage what we’ve done and relationships to continue running the business. The owner would have to add paid advertising like FB and Google ads to reach a bigger audience and generate more sales in addition to the 5,500+ email subscribers. He could outsource repetitive tasks like data entry, content writing to VA’s while focusing on bringing in more sales for the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leveraging the relationships we’ve built with 16,000+ sites is another opportunity for the new owner to continue running the business. You can also launch more related services like SEO, Web design, Content creation for websites, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This business has grown beyond my expectations and has evolved to one of the fastest-growing SEO agencies out there. The fact is there from the data for anyone interested to confirm. We have a couple of repeat clients that have spent $5,000-15,000+ and continue using our services as long as Google remains active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This business makes money selling backlinks to SEO experts, agencies and affiliate marketers. The prices are sold at a healthy marked up price making it very profitable even with a couple of sales per month. The current revenue stream is from the sale of guest posts, niche edits and press release services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Email marketing has proven to be highly profitable for the business because it is the only marketing channel that I have used to promote the business since re-launching. Adding paid promotional methods (FB & Google ads) will be a game-changer to the new owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The business currently acquires customers through email marketing to our 5,500+ subscribers and we spend monthly subscription fees using Mailchimp to promote the business to our subscribers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don’t need a big team to run the business, it has been owner-operated from inception. But if you need more free time, you can hire 1-3 VA’s on a freelance basis to run the business while you focus on other things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reason for selling this business is because I would be moving to a new country to start my masters program along with my young family, so I want to sell the business to fund my travel plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
