Jsarkar is the nickname of Jahangir Sarkar, who is an entrepreneur, job crater, job provider, and social activist. He started his career as a filmmaker but later switched his career as an IT Professional for building job opportunities among the unemployed educated people in rural areas and ending of the year 2014 he came back to his native village which is rural and border site from capital Dhaka and started working with developing rural area on ICT message when he was 27 at age. At present, he is working to skill-developing on ICT and making a career for freelancing. He has trained up to more than 1000 educated unemployed youths free of cost in his own village Ddurakuti is located on an agricultural-based border region Lalmonirhat district. All those who are beneficiaries of freelancing coming from marginalized families in rural areas and most of them are marked them successful in freelancing. At present, each of these trained freelancers is earning foreign remittances between $500 and more than $2000 US dollar a month working from their home. In 2013 he also started broadcasting video lessons about graphics design and developing a freelance career on multiple social platforms. Bangladesh’s largest and wide circulated English Daily the Daily star published a feature entitled “Spirit of youth changes live” based on his activities, on 3rd May 2016, and Satellite Television Channel Bangla Vision TV on-aired his success story on 3rd February 2016. He is the founder social platform “BIBEK” which was registered by the govt. Bibek is a social organization which the main objective is social and development work and creating job opportunities for educated unemployed and hopeless youths in the society as well as rural inhabitants. Jsarkar has also established an IT firm at his native village named “PERSPECTIVE DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY”, There working in many areas of technology like graphic design, Software development, e-commerce tools, ready-made websites, and especially digital products. Here in this company working 30 employees physically and 15 remotely from the different countries.

We are working with digital products and solutions and create everything by the team. Some time we outsource the team members.

How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?

Currently, we have more than 10K customers on the email list who directly purchased from us and have running Facebook campaigns.

Is the asset on your listing owner-operated, how much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?

The best part of this business order receives to delivery everything is automated. Currently, I spend 3 to 4 hours per week running and optimising Facebook ads and I have some other hands who are helping me to keep running this business.

What does someone need to do to continue operating the business in its current form?

Actually, the new owner can keep running everything as it is only doing the email and Facebook marketing, but some extra initiatives can take this business to the next level like keep uploading new products, Optimize the website speed, SEO, and advertise on Google, Pinterest, Bing and other ad networks as you can.

Currently, we make money selling designs, we are selling an average of $15k per month. More investment can be increase sales by up to $100K per month. I was made a maximum of $35K per month. but I was not able to keep this maximum sell due to a lack of investment.
