Tell us a little about yourself. What’s your background? How did you start with this platform?

My name is Nick Nechanicky and I have been trading stocks and currencies for over 6 years now. I was running a very large trading room and had thousands of students learning my trading strategy. Dashboard© by MMM was developed to help my students learn my trading strategy faster and more effectively.

After hearing my students results and they all begged me to make this a public tool so I can share Dashboard© with other traders and help them finally become consistent profitable trader. Long story short, I dedicated all my resources to develop and launch the platform. Massive success followed and made a huge innovation in the trading world. 

What sort of technical knowledge would a new owner need to continue operating the MMM platform and make updates as needed?

Absolutely no technical knowledge will be required as you will be introduced to my CTO (developer) and he will continue working full-time and making new improvements everyday. He will also monitor and maintain the platform to make sure it’s always running 24/7 smoothly. 

How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?

I have not done any paid marketing whatsoever! All of our customers are from Instagram, facebook and our affiliates who are generating the sales for us. We have one of the largest youtuber influencer in the trading industry as an ambassador of the platform.

What triggered the recent explosive growth of your platform?

The day trading niche is EXTREMELY HOT right now  and it’s is booming this year and won’t be stopping anytime soon. Also, our SEO ranking on google was dramatically improved and on youtube. 

How much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?

Takes about 1 hour per day to run the business. My CTO is going to be managing the platform full time. Everything else is completely automated. 

Can you list a few opportunities for a potential new owner to continue growing the business?How big is your current team? How many people does it take to run this business?

  • Onboard another large influencer as an affiliate and this will add so much revenue 

  • Follow my 12 month roadmap on implementing new features to the platform that will take this company to over $1 million revenue per month. 

  • We have about 750 active paying subscribers at the moment giving us about $60,000 per month. We have 10,000+ total registered users and the 9,250 of those are “free users” which means they created an account with us and but still haven’t selected their subscription package. This is an absolute goldmine opportunity. We have a very sophisticated email service implemented and you can simply create a marketing campaign targeting all the free users and even if you just convert a very small portion of those 9,250, you will instantly double the monthly recurring revenue. 

  • Post more videos on the Youtube channel. 

  • Translation of the platform to different languages. Right now we have many users and feedback from traders who run large trading rooms telling me right when we have a Spanish version or french version easy 1,000+ users instantly as they already know about the platform just need their language implemented.

  • Start paid facebook, google and youtube ads. We have not run any paid ads and this is a great opportunity if you know how to run ads or hire an expert to scale some facebook ads. 

  • Just like tradingview, we can implement brokers into the platform and actually partner with these broker and users can now take trades in the platform, adding revenue from brokers and turning the platform into a behemoth in the industry.
