Tell us a little about yourself. What’s your background? How did you start the business?

Graduated from a big business school in France, I decided to launch myself in eCommerce to diversify, and it finally became my main activity because I created a big business very profitable.

As an eCommerce business, where are your products made?

My products are sourced and manufactured in China. I managed to source the factory producing the best quality, which was a long work spread over several months I now have privileged contact with the factory manager, and I never had any problems with him. I also have backup agents in case.

I have about 10% recurring customers as well as over 17k emails, serviced monthly with promotional offers and contact emails. I have an average conversion rate of 3.5%.

How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?

I market my product on Shopify. My customers come from France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg (French-speaking countries), and also the USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, Australia and other (English speaking countries).

Is the asset on your listing owner-operated, how much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?

Everything is automated, and I manage everything by myself for the moment. The new owner will only have to manage the after-sales service and the ordering from my supplier, also the updating of the Facebook ads and that’s it. The maximum time is 2 hours per day, 5 days per week maximum.

What does someone need to do to continue operating the business in its current form?

It must perform after-sales service, order placement and updating of Facebook ads (creative provided).
