Grew up in an auto dealer family and saw an opportunity in the market for marketing tools for dealers.

Around $4,000 LTV. No current CAC as we rely on referrals.

How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?

We did SEO and then migrated to inside sales. Nothing has worked as well as referrals for us.

Very little time is needed as the product is mature and there are long time employees running the day-to-day. There is a high-level meeting each week to cover development and sales/support.

The same; making sure everything is running smoothly.
