Seller's Notes

What is included in the sale?

- Domain Luxfellas.com

- Shopifiy

- Facebook Page

What is required to keep the business operational?

- Use Facebookd Ads and Instagram Ads

- Fulfill the orders

Why are you selling the business?

I am selling this business because I'm operating it alone and don't have enough time to scale it,  because of a company I opened in January that is taking most of my time.

It has been fun to run and I'd like to pass it on to someone who is excited about drop-shipping and want to make this business grow,  and with some focus you could probably double the revenue within a month by adding Google Ads and email marketing.

Does the sale include existing customer data? If so, in which format is this provided and how extensive is the customer database?

Yes, all customers with all their info, it's all organized inside the admin panel of our website.

Are there any expenses for the business? If so, what are they?

- Monthly shopfiy payment + the apps

- The ads (facebook and instagram)

How can the future owner improve the business?

- Increase Facebook Ads targeting and Instagram Ads

- Use Google Ads

- List More Products

- Other Methods: An owner willing to chase up leads, call abandoned checkouts, be active within the social media community, incorporate email marketing and create blog content once or twice per month - would drastically improve the revenue of this business.

I see a lot of new dropship websites on hear with amazing earnings in a short period of time all using FB. It seems fairly easy to verify traffic and income but how does you verify FB spend. And how would the new owner be assured of being able to replicate that success long term. These site don't seem to get a lot of bidding because of that.

Is the mermaid iPhone case the only product you are advertising on FB?

Hi: please post a full P&L showing all costs and expenses if you want serious bids. Doesn't look like you have included COGS in your profit numbers. There is virtually no ecommerce biz in existence that has a 90% net profit margin. Thanks

4 questions and not a single feedback in 10+ days. Not sure why sellers like these are unresponsive, Flippa should look into this.
