not sure i fully understand the dopoff in june/july. your merchant services account wasnt working? or was it it due to less traffic because your time has been focused elswhere?

@JG87 Starting on June I changed my Merchant account from Braintree to Stripe and also had PayPal turned off and turned it on July with another account as I am keeping those accounts with another project that I am working with.. Also the main reason I need to sell this site is cause I am working on a cryptocurrency site that is taking my full attention.. Remember that I don't pay for advertising and most of our sales are from Social Media from our own accounts and at least once a day or twice a day you have to manage the social media accounts to get sales

1.What is the reserve and BIN price?

The first question, currently I don't have a mind set in a price and letting the bids take over till the end of the listing, I can reveal the reserve to serious buyers if I see you making a bid.

2) How much daily work does it need (order processing, email replies, social media marketing)?
Normally the daily work needed is about one hour a day to two hours processing orders and posting on Social Media.

3) Is it possible to outsource all this work and do you know someone who could do that for a good price?
Yes everything is possible to outsource, the work that is needed to do for Social Media and the processing, I do have good contacts with companies and individuals in India, Romania etc. that can do this for a good price by negotiating. I was almost about to do this, but decided that the best action was to sell the site.

4) Is your suppliers from Aliexpress?
No my suppliers are not from Aliexpress

5) Do you use a special Alidropshipping plugin for order processing or do you process every order manually?
Process every order manually

@networkinglounge Most accounts that sell products don't have a lot of engagement compare to a person that post about makeup for example, this account in Instagram @sneakyvaunt has 389k followers and the engagement is really low as an example.

An example to see the engagement of our followers you would have to see more the videos that we post that tells you how many people look at the video, while pictures most people will only see it and some will like while a video people don't really need to like the picture to have Instagram count there video views

Here is another example, my personal Instagram account with 13k followers

has a very high engagement rate in every picture because I am not selling anything

I also manage this other Instagram account with 20.7k followers


and you can see that every picture has very high more than average engagement once again because her account is not selling

I am an expert growing accounts in Instagram so I understand completely the engagement you will get with the type of account you are trying to grow

This knowledge will be pass to the buyer of this site

You measure the success of social media by engagement. Your social accounts have way less than 1% which is very poor for 35k followers . So that calls into question how you get all your sales if you do not do ads. I manage social instagrams as well and a poor performer but effective network has from 3%-5% one account that I manage has 3k followers and is also a product page gets same engagement as yours

Once again, if you see my Instagram accounts that I mention above: @ejintriago and @kat_intriago please so measure the kind of engagement those other two accounts have.. Keep in mind that those two accounts were designed for another type of strategy... Also please see @Kat_Intriago account... with only 21 pictures...

If you visit this post from her:

You will see more than 170 comments with hundreds of people tagging people so in total about 340 tags were done... Now.. if you see the post date of that picture it shows January 2017 but you see the comments you will see most of them were done in JULY...

Why I am telling you this? Because the type of strategy that I do with Instagram has nothing to do with adding pictures and adding some hashtags to get followers .. There is a very complex system that I have running calling attention to your account.... Once they enter to your Instagram account then they decided if they will follow you if they like the material that you have on your Instagram account...

With Divine Waist, the strategy is different from my @ejintriago 13k followers and @kat_intriagos 20.7k followers...

Divine Waist is an Instagram account dedicated in selling products.. the engagement is tracked by the sales in the site and not by the engagement in our Instagram accounts as that is the strategy to sell...

My current effort is on @kat_intriago account and you will see by tomorrow how her account grows about 100 people a day.. something that I was doing with Divine Waist but stopped and will show the new owner how to do this FREE with my strategy..

People enter divine waist account and see something they like and they have an impulse in buying and they go straight to the site and buy.. Most of them don't like pictures... There is a strategy done to have a very high conversion rate which again will also be provided to the new buyer..

Not anyone can just come and grow an account organically, if it was easy everyone would be doing it... I know how to grow accounts organically and now taking advantage of this via sales.

@networkinglounge Here is also another example... this account is also selling similar products like ours.. with 341k followers her engagement is very very low... yet this is the account that if you have seen my video presentation the main one in the end you will see her giving an interview to the TV Channel E!

@networkinglounge If you want to open an account in Instagram to get high engagement you need to open an account like what I am doing with @kat_intriago and not an account to sell products in.. Everything has different type of strategy and marketing and you must understand this correctly to have success in Social Media

it does not make sense that you are claiming you have all these other accounts. We are talking about your listing account not some random instagram account. Also theres been many listings in the past many companies with instagram accounts and you can tell the real ones from fake ones

he reason I am coming up with my other Instagram accounts is cause that shows you a lot of the type of person you are dealing with, I am not showing you only the account that comes with this site, but also showing you two other accounts that I control with high follower rate, 3 different accounts in which I control is a lot to say, especially showing you the difference from two accounts that I control with VERY HUGE engagement and very little pictures. Most people wont understand how I was able to do this as many believe that posting pictures and adding hashtags is how you grow accounts which is not.

Giving you example of product companies social accounts and showing you that these other companies also have low engagement so you or anyone else reading this can understand this market better.

In regards to your comment in Ghost followers and Fake followers I understand completely of your concerns, but showing you proof about the Videos that we post on our account in divine waist and seeing the views on each video will show you a lot of our followers activities.. All you have to do is compare with other companies and see the videos views and follower count to get an idea.

Plus the new buyer of this site will understand how to get NEW followers which in the end of the story we need to continue to have new followers to get sales, current followers will only react to buying a product after we post a picture if they have not done so already so that is also important to keep adding pictures so our followers can see and get new sales with no advertising cost.

Ok so I have added some screenshots of the private message we get in our Instagram account from Divine Waist... Keep in mind that you can see that on those pictures one message says 2 days ago and the other message in top can say 2 weeks ago, so not sure why Instagram don't have them in order.

Good questions here from a private message and would like to share it public

We have a manufacture in china, the branding is done by the manufacture. Our drop shipping is also from the same supplier and is not from Alibaba, we also hold in stock items as this drops our cost and increases our margins.

2. What is the average shipping time to customers, for standard and expedited shipping? Which shipping/courier company are you using at the moment? Do you have any contracts with them?

The shipping time right now is now about 7 days with free shipping and its from USPS, we do have an account with them and provide us savings in our shipping cost. We do have faster shipping times for a fee that normally takes 2-3 days to get to the customer.


3. Have you ever involved in Influencer Marketing? How have you grown your instagram account?

I tested marketing with influencer by providing them a free product.. We have not done this a lot cost of the time involved, it was a good way to market. We grew our accounts with different tactics that I will pass to the new buyer, very easy and mostly automated already that is always bringing attention to your account and getting sales from.

4. Is your drops shipper reliable or do you hold any inventory

Yes we have a good reliable company again we also do hold inventory, but its not needed to do to run the business.

5. May I know the reserve price

Currently giving out my reserve to bidders as that shows me you are really interested and serious

Ok so another question that I got and would like to show

How can I get this site to be automated?

Now, to get this site 99% automated and not wanting still to pay for advertising, knowing that 100% our sales are coming from social media accounts you will need to post at least once a day but its better to post 3 to 5 pictures a day to get higher sales.

I do have a program that will allow for you to have automatically posted pictures in Instagram and what ever gets posted in Instagram its automatically posted in Facebook. So you can program posting and captions way ahead of time so it can be done automatically.

If you in the united states or not, we do have a fulfillment center that you send your products too and can full fill your orders and ship them inside the united states for a faster shipping time and that's if you would like to keep in stock times which benefits the buyer cause the cost is a lot lower than drop shipping.

The other option is what we have now and have all the orders drop shipped directly from our manufactures, the cost is a little bit higher but our gross margins stay close to the 50% mark.

We have relations with great outsource providers that can provide the graphics for your social media post for very little prices, they can also manage all your customer service from reply to emails to answering questions in Instagram to our online chat in our site.

It will take a little to set up everything to be close to 100% automated, but it can be done and I can guide the new owner into the correct direction with all my contacts to get this done and setting up the site to do all of this correctly.

Hopefully this helps to who ever was thinking to also ask me this question or simply didn't think that this could be done!

Another good question I'll like to share

- Do you advise keeping stock in hand rather then drop shipping? Are there a few sku numbers that out sell the others? Also do you guys get any international sales? Are there other products that your supplier offers that are not on the website? Thanks.

We get international sales all the time, UK, Canada, South Africa, Australia are popular places we get orders all the time from

Depending what you post in social media is what you will be selling, now people also buy other things they weren't thinking of buying when they got in the site.

Our suppliers do have other products but you will have to ask for a list of more things or by simply showing them a picture of something they can manufacture it.

What I was going to do before posting this site to sale was buying bulk and hiring a drop shipping company inside the US which allowed customers to get tracking number same day and orders ship out most of the time same day. My margins will increase cause I purchase at bulk, now if you do the shipping your self it removes the cost of the shipping center.

It's really up to you cause right now our margins using drop shipping is about 49% gross and it would increase to about 70% if we do in stock items not using a shipping center inside the US.

I would like to share these questions by another interested buyer that should help many of others also:

Ok so let me try to answer your questions the best way i can.

----What plug in are you using for the sales processing on your WordPress site?
Currently using STRIPE to process sales in our site inside woocommerce

----Do you have someone handling the Instagram account for you?
No at the current moment i do not have anyone handling the instagram account for me, if you go to the public section of the listing in the comments you can see a question that another person asked me how to make this automated including the instagram account

----Your photography is excellent, do you own all the rights to the photos and are the rights transferable and who takes them for you and are the models paid or given products in exchange for their time?

Ok so you can understand how instagram works a little bit, instagram is a platform that people share or grab pictures from other profiles, so its normal to do this... We look for pictures that we want to work with in instagram and post or what most people call it feature a picture in our profile and give them a tag o credit in the caption of the picture.

Some times we do ask for people for permission to use there pictures and most of them always say yes cause its also a way to help them grow their accounts, you will also see many time that the owner of the picture like our posting.

We also have taken inside pictures and we re use them over and over or pictures that we have added graphics in top of them to promote our products more.

We only worked in the beginning in giving out products for free in exchange of posting our products in there page and we grab those pictures, we did this very little, this actually helped a lot to get more followers to our page and get more sales cause is not the same thing someone seeing our products in a business account than a picture on a profile of an individual, it has more effect that conversion and something that the new owner should look into doing , we get all the time in private DM asking us to do this.

And last, we also get pictures that customers have purchased and simply tag us for an opportunity to get posted in our account, i can explain more details how instagram works with the new buyer.

----Did you do any email campaigns with your list and what program do you have your email list in?
I only have the emails of our 500+ customers, but i have never actually done any email campaigns at all.

----Have you done and SEO to your site?
Honestly i have not done any SEO to the site, i do see that Google is grabbing some keywords and sending us traffic, but honestly we have not done SEO and most likely we are in a top 10 page somewhere with these keywords that our traffic tracker program is telling us.

----Do people go to your site after seeing the Instagram posts or can the order via a link from Instagram?
People go to our site after seeing a post and also instagram makes some of our postings show up in the popular page and exposes us to new followers and clients.

----Of the products that you keep in stock is it one category or several?
Currently i dont have any more products in stock and its all done drop shipping, but when we did have it in stock i had mostly the best sellers of each product we have and tried to hold only enough for a month so we dont keep any products in stock for more than a month.

----Are there potential new products or product categories to add that you will discuss with new owner?
Yes there is a lot of new products and categories inside our same type of products that the new owner can add and test, i can discuss this with the new owner as my same suppliers hold a lot more products.

Normally just by posting a picture of this new product in instagram you can measure how it will sell, when we started this site we only had one product and we have grew our products after doing these test in instagram.

----Who would you say your competitors are?
Just by doing a search in google for "waist trainers" you can get an idea of our competitors.
Now because the type of products that we have are mostly impulse buying, when a person sees this product in instagram or any other social media account, this person was not looking to buy this product or most likely didn't even know it existed so they simply buy it, they dont really look online and try to get the best price for them with another competitor... So really if you end up showing this product to more people visually and to the correct targeted people which is mostly anyone that wants a better body, goes to the gym, etc... so the target is really big they will buy with out worries of competitors.

----Who maintains, makes changes to your site, you or do you contract that out?
I normally do the changes to the site, its rarely that you have to do anything to the site unless you want to add a product or change a picture etc... Now i do have contacts that can do this really really cheap if that is something that you prefer and very reliable international company.

----How many monthly returns do you average and how are they handled?
We have a no refund policy cause of the type of product it is unless they never open up the packaging, even for exchanges we dont accept them if they open up the packaging.

Now most people never ask us for a refund and ill say about 1% do or ask for an exchange.

----How much training will you provide to the new buyer?
I will provide one month training and two extra months for consulting reasons

----Will you sign a non-compete
Yes i will do so for 3 years.

----How long have you been doing the 30% off coupon code and how many are redeemed per month?, what percentage per monthly orders?
This is a tactic that is done to get more sales... I will explain this tactic to the new buyer, every month is different and changes but for example the month of April we had 40% that used any type of discount.

The new buyer will get this information of what has happened every month including how many people use coupon codes

----Do you do any Amazon selling?
No i have never tried to sell in Amazon

----Is there anything unique to you products or are they just white labeled?
People tend to buy branded products, the site and our social media tries to show an image of this brand... Now due to my interest is currently in another project, i have been shipping with no logos attached to our products, but i can simply activate this again with our suppliers and it has an extra cost of 0.75 cents more to our cost per product.

----What are the current sales, profit for August?
I have not had accounting done for this month yet, but we were about $700 in sales with low effort
