ABOUT THE SELLER  

I am a dedicated and hard-working techie who loves building android apps. Till date, I have made and published more than 18 apps on the play store. Root checker was the first app that I have published, that is the reason why it’s very close to my heart. I have never increased ads to gain more revenue. The app rating is decent and most of my users love the app.

APP DESCRIPTION

Root Checker verifies if an android phone is rooted correctly. Unlike other apps, this is extremely light-weight and is very accurate. It also tells about a lot of technical information about your android device such as CPU Info, etc.

 The app was made for users to easily check if they have root access on their android phones. It also helps in letting users gain superuser access (Root Access) to their android phones. I’ve designed the app to have an easy and simple user interface in order for it to be marketable to almost all android users. Hence this app presents a wide target market, from beginners to advanced users.

FINANCIAL NOTES

I have not been actively promoting the app among its target audience. The market is still very active and there are some very successful apps in this segment.

REASON FOR SALE 

I am selling the app because I do not have enough funds and time to market the app. I believe that the app has immense potential and can do extremely well if it marketed properly. Additionally, I am looking to utilise the funds for my other projects.

DEVELOPMENT  

Root Checker was built on Native Android (Java) and it follows material design guidelines. Additionally, the app has all modern SDKs included such as Firebase, Google Analytics, etc. Code is very well written.

OPERATION  

The app runs by itself, and no money was ever spent to operate it. However, if it is to marketed well, you can spend an average of 30 mins per day for marketing.

MONETIZATION

The app is monetized through Google Admob and Appbrain. When it was launched, the app easily gained more than $450 per month. No extra cost was ever spent on the app, therefore all earnings are converted straight to profits.

MARKETING

During app launch, I have done App Store Optimisation myself and gathered organic traffic. No paid campaigns were ever used for marketing.

INCLUDED IN THE SALE

The buyer will have the SOURCE CODE with KEY for future updates. The app will be transferred to your Google Play Developer Account together with access to Google Analytics, Firebase (Push Notifications)

POST SALE SUPPORT
We will update the Admob Banner ID and Interstitial ID for you and update the app on Google Play.

FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES

I haven’t really pushed the app to be monetized and I did not do any additional marketing using social media, but it’s still providing stable monthly income because of its loyal and big user base. As verified by Google Play, the app has more than 180K downloads and very good reviews. With only proper marketing such as use of Facebook Ad Campaigns, or Twitter, the app has a big potential to get more traffic increasing its users up to 300%. This will undoubtedly result to a lucrative income to whoever purchases the app. A feature that allows users to root their device would be a much demanded feature that can enhance the apps potential. Finally an option is to increase the ads on the app, as I’ve kept it to minimal to ensure that the ratings is good.
