Each quarter is a different set of products that can include any variety of wet line hair care products as well as tools and the latest and greatest from the hair care industry. We are a unique company in the way that there is no other subscription company out there specializing in professional hair care.
We rely only on subscribers from income and we have been marketing our company to hair care brands as a way for them to market their products to customers in a new way and we market the subscription to consumers who enjoy other subscriptions such as Stitch Fix, Ipsy, etc.
We utilize Cratejoy platform for all our back end work, analytics, mailings, etc. We have grown our Instagram to over 550 subscriber in the past year and we have blogger influensters that we utilize for advertising.
We will provide 1-3 months of post-sale support/training so that the buyer can fully take over. In addition, Cratejoy is incredible at providing support as needed whenever.
Mane Crate was started because of requests from many salon clientele of the owner. Clients wanted a subscription box like their Birchbox, etc. that would deliver them new hair care products regularly. Although Mane Crate has done well in its time, the owner wants to focus on family and her full-time job that she has been maintaining alongside the startup of a new business.
