Seller's Notes

Corporation Master is an economic, political, social and military simulator where virtual currency can be converted into real money.

Each player from the Corporation Master community has the opportunity to: work, set up companies, gain military ranks, build their own corporations and many more.

The game is played with real money and users have the opportunity of gaining real money!

I made this game 2 years ago and since then has generated over $6000 from players who invested through paypal.

I want to sell it to a competent developer or an entrepreneur that will continue to work on the game, improving it, making it better and attract more investors to the game. I currently have no more time to develop and manage it because i started my own family that needs my full attention.

If you want to see more about the game you can visit for more info or just make a new account and start exploring the game itself.

Does the owner need specific skillsets in order to successfully operate the site?

Coding skills: PHP, MYSQL, CSS, JavaScript, HTML, Bootstrap. Human skills: Imagination, Problem solving, Patience.

Do you and/or any employees or freelancers provide customer support?

How is customer support handled and what is the average volume?

We have forum, social media and email support handled by me. The average volume is one question a day, more questions when i launch a new module.

Please identify and briefly describe your main competitors

Other games with real cash economy.

What makes your website better than its competition?

Well, nothing is better in this niche. But my website is unique, have a strong relation with the loyal users, listen to their complaints and try to make the game more enjoyable and keep the core principles of the game intact. The game gets regular updates, new modules, new ways to spend and earn money. I played games all my life and i can see which aspects of them make them grate and i try to bring good concepts into my own game. For example now i am working on improving one of my many modules called "world invest". Until now you had the opportunity to invest money into a country with a chance of getting huge payouts. But now users will have the opportunity to buy a country and each time someone invest in the country you bought you will receive part of their winnings, have the opportunity to resell the country at a higher price, make promotions for investing and giving out prizes to top investors in your country and much more. TLDR: My trademark is listening to users, keeping the core concepts alive, constantly improving and upgrading the game.

Which ad networks does the website utilize?

Are all ad networks transferable to the new owner?

Please explain which networks are not transferable and why

Adsense is not transferable but you can create a quick account and instantly getting approved because the website is established.

Does your website utilize direct advertising?

Are you willing to sign a 3-year non-compete contract in the industry that the website operates in?

Yes. I won’t run or operate a website under the same niche as for the next 3 years

Will you provide 1-3 months of post-sale support & training, in order to ensure that the buyer is able to fully take over the business and its operations?

What are the primary growth opportunities for the business going forward?

There are really few things that ALL people need in this world: oxigen, water, food and last but not least MONEY. This is a website that can make money to others as well, your target is basically the whole world!

Are there any geographical limitations to the potential buyer of the business?

No, there are no geographic limitations.

Hi. I see the users can actually earn money from the game itself.
How can they withdraw their winnings? And isn't it considered gambling, or are there any other risks involved?

Users can withdraw the money through paypal.

Gambling websites control the winnings, giving user around 20% or less of what they invested.

My game is a virtual economy game where if you read carefully the rules and invest at the appropriate time in productivity, wars, companies, produce and sell goods, buy/sell referrals, buy/sell shares etc. you can earn big. The key is to analyze every aspect of the game and you can succeed. But most users do not use their brains and invest randomly, thus they lose their money (just like in stock market), you can win if you do not have a clear view of the whole concept.

@Tenshimaxx thanks for your anwser. Is there any way a user can withdraw more money then the total earning of the website? I.E. someone plays a perfect game from the beginning, and other users don't spend anything.

Well, there are 2 main incomes to the game, 1. user investments, 2. google ads. Until now the users investments covered the payouts and adsense earnings are a bonus.

Users are still investing, plus there is 20% tax when withdrawing, and some taxes of the game go to the shareholders of the game, where as the admin you own 95% of them.

How much real money is in circulation? As for the taxes - are you saying that the owner takes 20% of withdrawals?

The money in circulation is around 300-400 euro divided among thousands of users, that is if all users decide to cash out at once, but they need to reach the minimum threshold of 20 euros to do that, so it could take up to 2-3 years for a free account to get the money.

Taxes are complicated in the game, there are many of them for each transaction, but the main one is when withdrawing where 5% goes back into the game and 15% goes to the admin.
