If you are using Aliexpress - how legit are the clothes? For example, the Yeezy hoody will be fake if it's purchased from China...

Any reason why there is so many posts in your Facebook page claiming that you have scammed them?

WithPort ( new )

That is due to our shipping time. People complain that they haven't received their product 3 days after ordering. But with a simple customer service email or direct message, the problem is resolved.

I checked out your P&L and its missing a lot of rows which I'm assuming you just lumped together in the Other area.

One thing that stuck out to me .. In January you paid $2,000 in advertising for around $50,000 in sales. However in April you paid $6,500 in advertising but received only $22,000 in sales.. why is that? I would have assumed by spending more you should have done 80k maybe 100k in sales, but instead you did 50% less. Perhaps that's a sign that the business is declining for lack of interest?

What is your chargeback rate? What is your return rate?

Do you collect any site or product reviews with apps like TrustSpot.io?

You got a problem here...

exclusiveswagger.com and disturbinhype.com are equal, selling the same items...even about us and sizing is the same.

Looks like only the logo was changed and some apps were added.
How do you explain this? 60K for a duplicated website?

WithPort ( new )
Wed, 21 Jun 2017 04:54:55 AEST

@iaguiar I am getting that a lot. www.exclusiveswagger copied this website. If you check the whois you can see that the domain was created after this website's domain.

And it doesn't really affect the sales of this site because as you can see ExclusiveSwagger has much less social followers.

@Tigershark87 Hey,

Just clearing up the confusion. The reason the website did extremely well, in January is that it was around the holiday season and all retailers get much more numbers during the holiday season than any other time of the year.

The reason behind the store doing those numbers during April is due to it being tax season. During tax season everyone feels much more restricted about their spending than any other time.

The chargeback rate is 2%.

I currently do not gather product reviews.

@WithPort Sure I understand, I've been working in the ecommerce industry for about 13 years.. However why would you spend more in marketing if you weren't pulling in sales to cover.. just seems like a waste of money at that point?

Also, what is the average cost to acquire a new customer?

Where do you acquire more customers from (paid wise)? Google, Facebook, Instagram,, etc?

@Tigershark87 Hi,

The reason I was spending so much on marketing was that I was still making a profit. It's just that I was trying to expand my profit as much as possible for that month.

There is no specific average cost to acquire a customer but there is a cost per purchase.
I spend on average $8 to make a $85 sale. And product cost is $24. So $8 gives my pocket a total of $61.

I currently only run Facebook ads.

Kind Regards,

Thanks for the follow up .. I know it says you use "Oberlo" for ordering off of Aliexpress. Does this mean ordering items is fully automated? Or do you manually go into Oberlo and place each order that comes in?

Do you have a P&L I can look at?

How much does it cost to acquire 1 sale?

Just to confirm, you're only doing paid campaigns with Facebook and Instagram? What percentage of sales is from paid advertisement vs organic?

Do you have a licence from Anti Social Social Club, Adidas etc. to sell products with their IP (brands)? If not, this is illegal and only a matter of time before a lawsuit will be filed. Hopefully no one will pay to get an illegal store.

@KarlBoss Hey Karl,

If you read the Terms and Conditions on the store it says everything is custom made and the customers understand that as well. We do not claim to be selling anything that is authentic.

KarlBoss ( | $2.7K )

But you are using copyright protected material? The ASSC, Yeezy etc brands are all copyright protected and you can't just use them on your products. Making it custom made is even worse than selling the authentic thing, because then it's just a straight up copy and the original companies make no money whatsoever. This is highly illegal man and plenty of companies have gotten 7 figure+ fines for selling copies.

Hopefully you will remove this listing or Flippa will do it for you.

WithPort ( new )

@KarlBoss Hey,

Before this store started I had a feeling about the same thing you are saying so I researched everything. I thought this would be illegal too. So I researched different stores and read all their private labeling policies I even asked my lawyer. As long as you don't claim them to be authentic you can sell it. If you claim that they are authentic then you will need a reselling license.

And on top of all that research, this is a Shopify store. Which means they don't sue you unless warning you first. If a company is about to sue then they will contact Shopify first and they'll make you remove the product from your store. If you don't then they just do it for you. If you add it back then the company will proceed more legal action. I know this because one of my friends that had a jersey store, it happened to him. And he simply just removed the product.

Kind Regards,

The Seller
