Passive income and a huge customer list

Visitor Boost is a fully automated traffic selling business with over 35,000 past customers and $1.5 million in aggregate sales.
In 2012 I started a new business called Improvely which has grown into a multi-million dollar company, and become my full time job. I don't have time for side businesses and have neglected this one for years.
Over the past year Visitor Boost has generated $1000-1500/month with an average of 114 sales per month while basically running itself.
This is your chance to take over the passive income stream of a profitable automated website, or to put some time into growing traffic and sales back to where they used to be before I stopped working on it: over $20,000 per month at its peak.
How The Business Works
Customers order a website traffic package at VisitorBoost.com and pay with PayPal. A campaign to deliver the traffic to their website is created with a 3rd-party traffic supplier automatically. The customer instantly gets an e-mail with login info to view their campaign status and order more traffic.
You will get my log-in to the traffic supplier which I have been using for more than 10 years. You keep a balance with them from which funds are deducted as customers place orders. When your balance runs low, you can keep a credit card on file to top it up automatically, or make a deposit manually.
The traffic costs less than 50% of what you're selling it for on average, a huge gross profit margin. Traffic costs are included in the revenue/cost metrics listed in this auction.
There's a Bing Ads PPC campaign that's been untouched for many years, spending $50-100 per month and bringing in new customers. That spend is already included in the monthly costs I entered for this listing.
There's also an affiliate program run through ShareASale where people can refer new customers for a 20% commission. There are 2600 affiliates signed up and the login to take over the ShareASale account will be included. I spent $600 funding the account to pay commissions in 2016.
Orders are set up automatically, customers get receipts and login info automatically. There is no manual work to do when new orders come in.
On average you'll get one e-mail every 2 days (there were 16 in February) from customers with questions about ordering or existing orders. If a customer changes what webpage they want to advertise after ordering, you may have to click a button in the administrative page of the website to resume their campaign, so I check the list of campaigns needing review once or twice a week.
That's really it. A couple minutes a few times a week to answer e-mails and approve any changes to orders.
Traffic and sales are way down from their peak before I stepped away from the business. Out of 80-150 monthly sales, I average 2-4 e-mails and 0-2 PayPal disputes about the quality of the traffic from the traffic supplier, either they don't like the traffic or it's not showing up on their own web stats. Since there's not much I can do about that, I cancel or refund 3-4 orders a month. If I had the time I might look for a second traffic supplier to bring complaints down to 0% but I don't have that time. Those refunds are already deducted from the monthly revenues listed.
This is a simple PHP and MySQL website that should run on most web hosting services or a small VPS. It currently shares a $10/mo VPS with several other sites.
You will need the ability to run a cron job, which is a PHP script that pulls campaign stats from the traffic supplier every 10 minutes to update order status customers see when they log in. Again most web hosts will work fine.
You will need a PayPal account to receive payments, PayPal or a credit card to fund the traffic supplier account, and a credit card to pay the ShareASale referral commissions to affiliates if you choose to keep the affiliate program going.
The site also uses Sendgrid.com to send HTML mails (order confirmations). You will need to sign up for a free account at sendgrid.com.
1. I run all my websites under an LLC I'm the sole owner of, so you'll be buying this website from my business, Awio Web Services LLC. I've sold nearly $100,000 in websites here on Flippa with 100% buyer satisfaction.
2. I will provide a zip file containing the website files and database so you can move the site to your own web hosting. I am willing to help move the site if needed. You can then point the domain to your hosting instead of mine.
3. You will take over the ShareASale and traffic supplier accounts and put your own payment info on file, and sign up for your own sendgrid.com account (free). There's a config file for the website where your login info for these accounts goes into. Once you've updated that config file with your info, everything is in your control and all payments will be going to your PayPal account instead of mine.
4. I will also provide a Word document with basic instructions for running the site and a copy of all the Bing ads and keywords they were run on. I will provide two weeks of e-mail support to answer any questions you have about running the website. I typically check and respond to e-mail every day.
