Established in November 2016, Suite143 is growing exponentially. The company strategically focuses on women and 100% of its customers are women. Their is a market for men that my competitors are serving but I decided to focus specifically on women as the main target audience.  

The sale of Suite143 includes the business domain, facebook account with 5638 likes, and all customer information.

With high-quality products, a loyal customer base, and a new recognizable brand, the new owner will be perfectly positioned to take this business to new heights.

Business Model

Suite143 derives 100% of its revenue from dropship sales direct from supplier to customers. 100% of the business’ customers are located in North America (Sales can increase tremendously just by expanding and offering to International customers).

Suite143 has built a great relationship with various quality suppliers in place in China!  The business is currently managed by me, I spend an average of 30 minutes a day managing the business. This time is primarily spent managing social media, answering customer phone calls and emails, and processing orders via the suppliers. A new owner could easily outsource all of these tasks.

Many Growth Opportunities!

There are several growth strategies that present very exciting opportunities for the new owner.

The new owner could expand business internationally, add additional products to the store and expand the demographic to include selling to men.  Expanding advertising to include Google Shopping, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, related websites/blogs and experiment with various retargeting opportunities as well as youtube video ad spend to drive additional traffic is very promising with this demographic. @KarlBoss Thank you for your interest! Outside the $29 p/mth fee for shopify, I spent anywhere between $25-$50 on advertising through google adwords depending on click rates. No expenses for employees as the business managed by me personally. To be fair to other bidders, I am not disclosing the reserve price at this time but should this change, I will update the listing so that all can be informed, thanks again for your interest.

If I want to buy a business though, I would like to be informed of the entire costs with running it so I can get an idea of the profitability. Could you update it to show the entire advertising costs, costs from buying the products, apps, Stripe/PayPal % etc.

@KarlBoss - Absolutely, I didn't include the variable costs as they will change from buyer to buyer depending on the direction they would like to take with the business. However, the costs are very straightforward as I ran the business on a very low budget to test this niche market first, so a great opportunity for the buyer who wants to take this to the next level as all the heavy lifting has already been done and proven based on the revenue it is generating. To answer your question, here are the variable costs to consider...
- Shopify Basic Plan - $29
- Shopify Payments - 2.9% + .30 per transaction US, fee lowers if you upgrade from Shopify Basic Plan
- PayPal - 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction in US
- Google Adwords - $25-$50 depending on click rates on a given day.
- Apps - The ones I choose and use for the site are all free, will disclose them to the winning bidder
- Shipping Fees - None as products are drop shipped from suppliers directly
- Product Cost - Mentioned above in description - Suite143 Premium Waist Trainer sells for $49.99 that costs us $15.71 from the supplier and our Suite143 Standard Waist Trainer that sells at $29.99 that costs us $6.71 from the supplier.
