The content of vidsplay is created by shooting HD video while traveling / vacation to various places as well as in home-studio shooting. I use a Sony NEX-5R camera to shoot my videos. Videos are then edited using Sony Vegas Pro and then uploaded to vidsplay.com. Each webpage is hand coded for specific keyword related to the video file. Title, description and keywords.

Both my Adsense and Shutterstock accounts are used for other business/websites not directly competing with vidsplay.com, so new owner will need to use their own accounts.

No, I am not. Though having little interest in starting a similar website, I cannot be subject to limitations for other video related ventures in the future.
