Seller's Notes

Description: is an Australian 6-months old niche job advice and search blog site trying to help unemployed to find the best and easiest solution to get a job on- and offline.

Monetization:The website has been monetized with Adtradr(official Adsense partner) until the end of December, 2016.The website was also recently approved by Media.Net, so I have decided from January 1, 2017 to try out their ads.

Revenue: August - $400 September - $400 October - $500 November - $800 December - $2,300

+ Dailymotion ($82.27 pending) - Dailymotion threshold is $100, so I haven't received payment from them yet.

Expenses:I pay a freelance guy who I found online $200 per month to add website content, for hosting, and for web views. I will share his contact information with the new website owner if they want to work with him.

Social Media has FacebookTwitterGoogle +Dailymotion and Pinterest accounts. All of them will be transferred to the new owner upon the successful sale of the website.

The has the potential to become a multi million dollars website. The name is premium and very unique. Probably the name costs come than the whole website! There are so many ways to better monetize the website than I am currently. Here are just a few suggestions that I can make:- Try affiliate programs- Contact job sites to post vacancies- Contact recruitment agencies for guest posts- Possibly turn the website into a job board if you have the money and resources. That might also be even better than keeping it as a blog.

Why I am selling the website?I have a large portfolio of various activities like forex trades and websites in many fields. This website was built and nourished to be sold.

What will the new owner get?- Premium domain name ( which will be transferred to the new owner through Godaddy.- The website content(if you don't want the same freelance guy to manage the hosting, the web visits, and the content), I will provide you with a zip file with the website content.- All social media accounts

Where are you getting your traffic from? Why are those expenses not being taken out against your revenues. Your rev statements are misleading

Why is the average page session per visitor zero?

@kmichael1982 it's because of Google's automated system which they calulate according to their own method.

@newfoundbeauty hi sorry for the delay.I tried to add the attachments earlier for the revenue and GA screenshots which I had difficulties.Flippa helped me out just now.As you can see there's proof of the revenue but for the net revenue you can just take $200 each month from it which still gives you a healthy profit as you can see.The traffic is provided in the auction destripction.

Why would you trust similarweb if I have verified by Google Analytics statistics? If you are aware of how similarweb works, you need to pay them in order to get verified statistics, the same applies for Alexa. I am not paying neither one of them since the Google Analytics stats talk for themselves. The new website owner will have the opportunity, if he wishes, to pay both similarweb and Alexa to get verified stats from both sites. We have extensive vertified data to back up our site with Google Analytics and Adtradr.

@jonas- I'm not playing with anyone and the revenue and results prove it.I even have payment records to back up the money received from adtradr which they use Bank Of America I know this because I get paid for the site visits which proves I'm correct. Why the session is 0:00 it happens sometimes on Google analytics however the visitors and revenue are all true facts.

Which ad network pays $348 for 286 clicks. Your stats and earnings are too good to be true. Couple of other screen shots show earnings of over $2k. I think your site is making that much, you should keep it mate.
What is the reserve price?

Leet11 ( new )

@sachinfdo It's Adtradr and it's because you forgot about to factor in they pay for views and site visits true as much as the clicks.Only 1 month I got $2K but others were around $500 as you can see.I even have their cheques to me from Adtradr to proof I got paid.I got asked a by a few people why I'm choosing to sell it and it's because I don't have much time to manage things such as keeping in contact with my writers and people which I'm happy to forward them to the new site buyer.I'm looking to do a new project.I'm more than happy to stay and help the new buyer to set things up for a month if needed. The reserve price is $5,000.
