Description

Up for grabs today is a red hot baby monitor blog just waiting for you to take it over.

First off, why am I selling? It's what I do. I build high quality web businesses and sell them on. This is a hot niche and is just waiting for you to take it to the next level!

What's so good about this website?

  • Domain: the domain BestBabyMonitor.net is a short, brandable that will stick in the minds of your visitors. The domain on its own is worth quite a bit, and it'll ensure visitors remember your blog and keep coming back.
  • Content: there are high quality posts on the website about the topic. These posts were specifically created with the niche and marketing in mind.
  • Room for growth: as mentioned earlier, the blog is already seen some quite impressive statistics. You could continue working on this and it would be sure to grow more with the right amount of work. You could make this one of the biggest websites in the niche or even flip it on Flippa for triple the amount you paid or more.

Additional Revenue Details

The blog is average earned $170.

  • $177.11 of this was through Google Adsense earnings in July 2009.
  • $180.49 of this was through Google Adsense earnings in August 2009.

As the website ages and begins to do better in the search engines these earnings will only increase. The best thing is that the content is already set up and optimized to bring you money.

A screenshot of revenue is attached on the below.

Additional Traffic Details

The blog has seen 4,300 unique visitors visit and over 4,500 pageviews every month.

The most traffic comes from social networking sites and again, traffic will increase as it ages and does better in the search engines.

I've attached screenshots of traffic on the below.

Hi, where is traffic from? Can you please show referring traffic stats and keywords searched in search engines to find the site? Please show screenshots for this if possible.

You've removed the AdSense ads for security purposes? That doesn't make any sense - AdSense ads are secure. Please provide more proof of revenue - your auction looks questionable.

I would need to see Adsense on a site I'd be considering buying AS the main earner is Adsense. I appreciate your security issues. If it were me though, I'd have left it there and enjoyed the increased views/possible CTR boost.
Copyscape doesn't like your content which you claim is created specifically?? You have no PR and there's only one comment to your first blog post by someone called Sandra.
    What are we missing here?

    Thank you for your message.
I've attached the earning statement and you can see the top-left space for each post is where the adsense shows.
Sorry, I still dont want to risk my adsene account since it earns me good money.
The content are not unique but all are high quality posts and good with this niche. Google like it and it will have good ranking after next PR check.
    Thanks.

I would like to know why your listing is a copy and paste of both of these listings:
    http://flippa.com/auctions/75207/ACNE-SITE-Earn-180-Average-Every-Month-Automated-Updated
    http://flippa.com/auctions/74191/PR1-ACNE-SITE-Earn-145-Every-Month-Automated-Income
Which were both listed by dwdanielward9.
I would also like to know why your answers to questions or comments are exactly the same as dwdanielward9.
    E.g.

"Hi, I take out the adsense code for this auction because this way can protect my adsense account.

    thanks."

    E.g.

"The most traffic comes from the social networking sites.

    thanks."
I would also like to know why neither you nor dwdanielward9 have Google analytics on your sites. Rather convenient way not to get verified stats by Flippa.
I would also like to know why this comment was posted on dwdanielward9's first auction:
    jo2jo@cox.net (+2)

    Date:

    Mon, Sep 14 2009

"this was scam guys. asshole says he FORGOT about a traffic campaign his parter was running..one day later traffic drops to 0.
    terrible"
I am now assuming that you and dwdanielward9 are linked or the same person.
If you delete this comment I will be contacting flippa support with everything I have put here.

If this auction looked legit, then I would have paid the BIN price. You have to prove it! Where's the real proof?

I have no idea what the listings are you talking about.
I did write this listing based on the template from the internet.
I've already provided all the screen shot for this site.
    Thanks.

Right so where are the Flippa verified analytics then?

    Yea, I didn't think so.
