Description

I am selling my Cpanel web hosting clients. They are hosted on a server at Bocacom. I would prefer to sell to an existing host so that they can just move the clients over, but will consider letting someone take over the server as well. I have not really been putting much time or effort into this business, as I have been very busy with my other business. That is why I am selling, I decided I have no time for the web hosting any more. I have 5 reseller accounts, $19.95 to $29.95 per month, depending on the plan (see bottom of auction on how to obtain the details of plans) Have 29 Business clients at $6.95-$7.95 per month. Payments quarterly, monthly, or annually (see bottom of auction on how to obtain the details of plans) 2 Business accounts on the Old plan, at $8.95-$9.95 p/m. (see bottom of auction on how to obtain the details of plans) Have 5 Corproate accounts at $8.7-$9.95 p/m (see bottom of auction on how to obtain the details of plans) There are a number of domain names to go with these accounts, I can push them into your enom account. If you would like the exact dates of customer's renewals, plans, etc..Please contact me and I will email you that info. The server cost is $259 p/m plus the cost of additional IPs is $25 p/m. The server is a dual Xeon 2.8, 1GB RAM, with 2 SATA hard drives, there is less then 20% usage of the primary mount. It is running Fedore Core 4.

Additional Revenue Details

How long have the hosters been with you ( don't need exact here just general)? Is the server a managed server? Where did you get these initial customers and where did you plan to get more, hosting forums, ads or ?

    Hi,
Please can you provide the following:
    - Detail of the past 6 months revenue.

    - Detail of the past 6 months profit.

    - Where did these customers come from if you have no site.

    - How many domains do you manage via enom - what have you been charging for these?

    - Please PM or post details of each of the hosting plans. i.e. HD, BW, DB allocation - are they any unlimited offers?

    - How do they pay?

    - How long have you had them?

    - Are any adult sites?

    - Same Q as balthasar - How did you calculate 550 to 850 rev when at most your individual package stats add up to 452?
    Thanks in advance,

    Red.

I would also appreciate that information, if you are sending via PM. Additionally please clarify the payment dates for any included client that is paying on quarterly, semi-annually or annually (i.e. did they just pay in March 1st for 12 months?). Thanks.

I have answered all of the PMs. IF anyone is interested in the renewal dates, please PM me your email and I will send screenshots.

These customer were aquired with $0 advertising, through a web hosting domain that I own. The domain is not included in this auction, but I would be willing to sell the domain to the buyer of the clients if they are interested for an additional fee. I do not plan to be in the hosting business any longer, and would be willing to sign a non-compete with the buyer.

Some customer have been with me since May 2005.
I am willing to go through an escrow service (escrow.com) and split cost with buyer if anyone has any doubts.
