Description

I am looking to sell one of my sites, UploadHouse.com. It's basically a free image uploading site. The uploader and admin panel (basic) was coded through rentacoder.com. It has been working great but I will say there are a few quirks in the admin panel, however it allows me to delete specific images and ban IP's. I had a goal with this site from the beginning, being that I want it to be as easy as possible for the average user to help speed its growth. Things such as starting out with a very fast server, including recent uploads on front page, generous upload limit, direct url to image, etc. I think this has helped the site grow. However I have spent a good amount with AdWords to help spread the word. (PM me if you would like the exact figures). Reason for selling is loss of interest. Right now i'm barely approaching enough money to meet server costs ($375/mo.). I do feel that it has potential, just with the domain name alone, but I think it takes the right person to turn it into a money maker. It would also be a good site for someone who can get hosting for a better price than me. :( It's been up since the beginning of November, 2006 and already hosts 92,000 images a day. Uniques are at an average of 1,800 a day according to StatsCounter. Bandwidth use is increasing rapidly. I have not taken any measures to help reduce it, such as disabling hot-linking. Bandwidth per month: Jan. 950.10 Gig (so far) Dec. 525.19 Gig Nov. 148.33 Gig That's basically all I can think of right now. Sorry if I left out anything. If you have any specific questions about anything please PM me. Thank you for viewing!

Income:
I'm using YPN right now and it doesn't make very much. I've been averaging $11-$12/day for the past week. Earlier this month was better ($30+ a day) because I was getting more clicks. Not sure how or why. Please PM me if you would like to see revenue screen shots.

Where is the server located, what are the specs, and how much of the resources are you using (space, memory, cpu, etc)? Thanks.

drig: I can answer the first part of the question,
Server: AMD Dual Core Opteron 280 A
    Hard Drive: 500GB Hard Drive

    RAM: 4GB

    Bandwidth: 3000 GB

    OS: CentOS 4.x

    IP Addresses: 8 ( 5 usable )

    Control Panel: CPanel/WHM with Fantastico

    Uplink Port Speed: 100Mbps

    Secondary Storage: None

    Database: None

    Private Switch: None

    Drive Controller: SATA

    Management: Fully Managed
Not sure how much of it is used, but my server has been running strong since day one. It has been down a few times though (30 min periods), for small issues. I suggest staying with Server4Sale (my host) if possible, they are very supportive.
    Oskars: PM sent!

Well it looks like BIN has been achieved. All standby offers will be kept in mind until the deal seals. Thank you!
