Description

I started and solely ran NH Outdoors over the last couple of years.  I did a nice job of building up clients and traffic to the site. I also work another full time job, so this was a nice source of passive income.  NH Outdoors is an Online Resource and does not provide any printed matter, which keeps costs extremely low. Due to the popularity of the internet, this has worked well for the site.  The site is a popular resource to find information on recreation around the state. Provides year round information, so stays busy throughout the year.

Huge potential of growth.  Before I started the web site NH Outdoors, there use to be a NH Outdoors Magazine.  Outdoor Recreation has never been more popular – would be a great asset to start the magazine back up.  Or, start a blog and get revenue from advertisers.

Has over 80 pages of information on web site.  Great financial information on clients.

Vast amounts of information about Outdoor Recreation in New Hampshire.  Over the past couple of years during the bad economy, I kept the advertising low and now can make a positive cash flow.  I also have a separate NH Web Directory excel list of over 700 businesses in New Hampshire.

You're not claiming the content or design to be unique, so where did you take it from?
Do you plan on adding verified analytics & proof of earnings?
Lastly, how high is the reserve set?

The only cost right now is for hosting. I host through Ipowerweb.com
Here is the stat’s page: http://nhoutdoo.ipower.com/stats/index.html
Just to let you know that this site is in the United States. I started NH Outdoors back in 2006 and it became operational in 2008. I designed each page myself and researching the content from various State resources.
Income is derived from advertisements from Lodging, Guides, Farms, Golfing, Outdoor gear and Camping page. There is so much more potential to get revenue.
This site has potential for lots more advertisers. I just did not have time to do everything. I designed and ran it, updated, got advertisers, Invoiced, plus I work another full time job.
If the site is sold, I will be available for 6 months for 1 hour each day after the purchase to help out.

It doesn't seem like you're telling the truth about starting the website in 2006, designed each page yourself, and researched the content yourself when there are archive.org snapshots showing the site live and active with the same theme, same content years before 2006.

I put 2008, because that’s what I had logs for with Ipowerweb.com. Since it went live, I can’t change my posting. If I could change it I would!

As far as the traffic logs if you give me your email address I can send them to you. I've been trying to do a screenshot and it's not working. Sorry for the delay. I can also send you the earnings.
