“Rare Opportunity – The #1 Ranked Ultrasound Technician Website In The USA”

This website has made $1,192.28 so far in December – and due to search trends in this niche – January, February, March and April should each bring in a LOT (as much as 3x) more money than that! Plus there is a BIG Potential For Growth!

*** Watch This Short Intro VIDEO For Proof: ***

NOTE: I will close this listing sometime between the 2nd and 5th of January 2013.

BONUS: a RANKING YouTube video promoting comes included. It ranks on the 1st page of Google for MAJOR keywords like “ultrasound technician salary” and “ultrasound technician requirements”. Check it out:

(P.S. This rare opportunity is available right now only due to my current need for quick cash.)

Watch This Video:

This is a well-established AdSense authority website in a very lucrative niche – the ultrasound technician medical career! This domain belonged to a popular Canadian radio station for 9 years before I bought it (see: It's extremely solid; has never dropped and I'm only the 2nd owner ever. Besides being 9 years old the PageRank has been 3 for at least a year now. I decided to buy the domain close to year ago, and kept it as a temporary blog for about 5 months. Then in June I found the perfect opportunity for it – being an authority site in the ultrasound technician niche.

After doing some research in this niche, I decided to enter it. The CPC's for this niche are very high. I talked to a guy who was an AdSense "guru" and he said the medical career / education niches - particularly the ultrasound technician niche - are very hot and will be for a very long time given the rapidly growing ultrasound technician demand in the country. Unlike the financial niches, which are extremely hard to compete against, this is a lucrative niche for AdSense that isn't as competitive. At any rate, I decided to build this site.

It soon became obvious that this was going to be a very successful site. The site has been built to receive as much search engine love as possible, and it has received strong, safe and solid backlinks to it with time. After the site reached the #1 spot for its' main keyword it has averaged around 18000 unique visitors per month and pulled in an average of $1300/month in AdSense income over the approximately 2 month period it has been at the top (see screenshots and revenue section).

The reason I'm selling is very simple - I need the money! I'm about to make a very substantial investment in another business and I need to free up some cash from my current online assets to do so. While this is one of my best websites – a true success – I don't have any personal interest in this niche and I don't see myself developing it further. I do need a good amount of cash at this point so I have to sell at least one of my top websites – and I think this one is prime for selling right now and so I'm hopeful I will get a good amount of money for it. But as you can tell by the minimum bid price, I'm not desperate to sell and I won't even consider selling this website for less than 2-3 x monthly income (that would be ridiculous).

The site is built using WordPress with the very popular premium Authority Pro 2.0 theme. You can learn more about Authority Pro 2.0 here:

I hired a designer and developer to customize the theme to get it to look like it does today. The license to this theme costs $97 per year, but I will give you 2 licenses valid for life ($194 value per year), so you don't have to pay anything or do a single thing. I can do this because I have bought unlimited access to this theme for an unlimited amount of websites.

Watch This Video:

I'm a SEO guy who does everything as white-hat as possible and by the book. I build high quality, well-established sites - period. To that end, here are some of the things I have done so far since I built this site in July of 2012:

- Submitted the site to hundreds of SEO-friendly link directories
- Have had the site and most of the internal pages bookmarked on hundreds of bookmarking sites
- Over 40 articles have been written (all 100% unique) and submitted to major article directories - then they were spun (manually) and mass distributed to hundreds of blogs
- The website also has a combination of web 2.0 property and profile backlinks, wiki links and .EDU links
- There are 1000's of 2nd tier blog and wiki site links in place to dramatically strengthen the links pointing to the site

- The anchor text of the links pointing to the home page should contain the main keyword way less than 25% of the time

- The website has got 20 Facebook likes 100% naturally from people that have visited the site (it should have well over 100 all-natural likes from visitors within a year from now)

- The website has also got dozens if not hundreds of many types of naturally occurring backlinks pointing to it after having received more than 40000 visitors from Google in the last 2 and a 1/2 months

Often I do a lot more marketing for my sites (like paid and social), but in this case I haven't had time to do more than this. Still, though, this is a lot of marketing and will provide a solid foundation for the next owner.

There are 12 posts on the site and 15 pages of content. All the content is high-quality and 100% unique. Each article also sports a royalty-free image. The content was written by an ultrasound technician student I hired to write the content for the site. This is important to point out since the writer was actually in the ultrasound industry so the content is original and high quality!!

I haven't had a lot of time to spend on this site so what I've been doing is stock-piling content ideas for now. I know great topics for 50+ new articles at this point which I will provide you with, and I also have 2 new 100% unique high-quality articles sitting on my hard drive and waiting to be posted on the site. These have been written to target a specific keyword and I will of course also give them to you as part of this sale.

If I was going to keep this site, my goal was to have those 50+ articles written for the site. If you win this auction, you'll have a great idea of how to expand the site with new articles and more traffic - either for the site itself or for backlinking purposes - or both. With an established site like this, it's more than enough to publish an article per week to keep things fresh and to keep the search engines crawling the site. If you published one article from the 50+ article ideas I'll provide you with per week, you'd have enough content to drip-feed the site for more than a year! I also know an excellent writer that would be more than happy to write all of these 50+ articles for you for about $150.

Watch This Video:

First off, the site has made $1300 just from AdSense two months in a row now ($2600 total). AND, the revenue is actually increasing! (we just went through 2 of the slowest months of the year for this site/niche) It's possible that the earnings will be as much as 3 times as high in January or February as it was for me in November or December. The site is solid, strong, “fresh” and as “clean” as I could make it, so whether you have tactics of your own to keep it ranked #1, or if you just want to use a paid service like the one I use, you won't find a better AdSense site to invest in on Flippa (ever) in my opinion.

Like I've mentioned, the only reason I'm selling this site is because I need to liquidate a good amount of cash right now, as I'm about to make a big investment in another business. The reason I choose to list this particular site and in the way I do it here (by offering as much value as I possibly can – see below!), is because I'm sure I will get a lot of money for it – because it's worth a lot!

Watch This Video:

  • Super Solid 9 Year Old PageRank 3 .com Domain – Easily worth $500+

  • Authority “Ultrasound Technician” Website that makes $1300+ per Month from AdSense alone - Over $30,000.00 per Year potential!

  • Unique Quality Content – I paid $250 for it

  • Unique Website Design, Banner and Images – Cost me about $200

  • Very Solid 8 Year Old PageRank 3 .org Domain – Easily worth $350+

  • Complete Authority “Phlebotomy Training” Website that hasn't yet been promoted properly. Lots of potential! Not only can you probably get it ranking well in its' HOT niche, it has many other uses because of the great domain. For example you could use it as a “link juice machine” to promote some of your other websites and YouTube videos with STRONG backlinks. You could also add it to a network like and be making $500+ per month from it within a few months, selling backlinks.

  • Unique Quality Content – I paid $250 for the content on this site as well

  • Unique Website Design, Banner and Images – Again, cost me about $200

  • 2 x Lifetime Licenses to the famous Authority Pro 2.0 WordPress theme – Costs $194 per year (you can use these for any websites you want)

  • 2 x RANKING YouTube Videos promoting ( and ( These videos rank for major keywords related to the website's niches and thus in addition to extra traffic, also give the websites themselves huge ranking benefits in Google (one of the reasons is that both videos are PR3 and link back to their respective website) – Each video cost me more than $200 to create and get ranked for major competitive phrases, so these together are easily worth $400 (I will give you the YouTube channel both videos are on as well as the Gmail the channel is associated with – so you get full ownership and control over everything...)

  • 100% FREE Hosting for both websites with plenty of space and bandwith! I have a hosting reseller account and both websites are hosted on their own cPanels, so as long as I have that account I have no problems giving you free hosting for your websites – This can be worth $100+ per year but more importantly safe you from the hassle of having to move the sites.

  • 100% FREE SEO for for 2 months! Since the baseline SEO only costs me $33 per month, I'd love to pay for your SEO for the first 2 months. That way you don't have to worry about it (unless you want to, of course). Then thereafter I will take care of the SEO for you if you compensate me for it (c'mon - I can't pay for it forever!). - This is obviously worth $66 right off the bat plus this basically makes the deal 100% hands-off for you if that's what you prefer...I'd send you the website files and the domain would be transferred to you and that's it! (I also have my personal team of outsourcers that can do additional SEO for you my way for a fair price if you want)

  • 100% FREE AdSense Setup for! Because my web developer knows exactly how the AdSense ads are set up on it, I'm willing to have him replace my AdSense ID with yours throughout the whole site at no cost to you. This isn't very hard to do and I'll tell you exactly what to do if you want to do this yourself - But this takes some time so depending on how much your time is worth this can be worth $100+ to you.

  • 100+ Page Guide that explains my SEO philosophy in DETAIL, and tells you exactly what to do to get those close-to bulletproof rankings in Google in 2013 and beyond.

I decided to include all of this stuff for you to make this a SUPER-DUPER valuable investment for you no matter where you're at in internet marketing – seasoned pro or total're good to go!

I've been building and making a boatload of money from websites for 5 years. I am an honest and ethical Internet Marketer and entrepreneur. If there is anything that you are nervous about or just have questions about, please contact me via PM here or add and chat me up on Skype: danielnwagroup. You can also reach me via my personal email address – just send me a PM and ask for it

In addition, I do this stuff full time so I'm not going to give you one of those meaningless "30 days of support" deals. You can contact me any time, any day, for as long as you want. I'll be here to help. For as long as I'm alive and doing this stuff, and I don't see myself getting out of this business anytime soon, I will be available to assist you with anything. I would love nothing more than to hear from you years down the line telling me how much money you've made since buying!

Also I hope you appreciate that I took the time to create all these videos for you to make the listing more personal by adding a voice and face behind it, despite my rusty English (how many times have you seen this on Flippa? :)

I will gladly host both and on their own cPanels with plenty of space 100% FREE for you as long as you want! That way you don't have to go through the hassle of moving the sites. But if you want to host one or both yourself then that's very easy – I will give you all the website files and everything you need to do that.

I don't move sites myself so if you want this site on your own web host (which I highly recommend), then you'll need to move the site yourself or arrange for someone to do it for you. I have people who move sites for me that I can refer you to if needed. They typically charge around $40-$50 to move the site – but you can get this done for as little as $5 on a site like Fiverr.

I would like to run this transaction through via Flippa. I will split the escrow fees with the buyer 50/50. I am taking care of all the Flippa seller fees. You MUST have the funds available to pay the entire amount of your bid right away – because I'm selling this site for quick cash. I expect our transaction to be complete within 5 days from the auction end date. Also, by bidding you agree that we will use the Flippa Sales Agreement for our transaction (best and safest for both of us).

Additional Revenue Details

AdSense Earnings & Details
Watch This Video: (video number 1 – the intro video)

Since AdSense was added to the site in October 2012, the site has averaged $1300/month in AdSense earnings. That's consistently $1300/month each and every month with virtually NO marketing done (or content added to it) – less than 30 minutes of work each month!

I have provided screenshots of the AdSense earnings of this site with this listing in addition to live video proof as I navigate my AdSense account (see video above). These numbers are 100% real and every single penny earned is from totally free, consistent, hands-off search engine traffic.

Affiliate Marketing Opportunities – HUGE!

In addition to AdSense, you can add affiliate marketing to the mix. I was recently approached (and approved) by a lead generation affiliate company to generate student leads for them. The company is called EduSearch and they are the industry leaders of student lead generation. The leads pay anywhere from $8-$20 per lead. If I were to keep this site, I would put my emphasis on affiliate marketing and supplement it with AdSense. (the reason I didn't start off with anything besides AdSense is that AdSense really helps the website get ranked in Google initially)

With more content added to the site and more marketing - and adding lead generation revenue - this site should EASILY be making $2500/month in 3-6 months (that's during the slower months of the year). Realistically, this site should make a minimum of $3000/month once everything is in place.

Additional Traffic Details

The site has been averaging about 18,500 page loads and 11,000 unique visitors per month. Out of those there have been about 500 returning visitors already.

Please reference the StatCounter screenshots for traffic details.

Now I'm sure you are already very interested in acquiring this website, but as an internet marketer I just can't help ending this with a “call to action” ;)

Can you explain why 60% of traffic is from India. Are you using any paid traffic? Thanks.

Hi Mario,
Well I'm 99% sure it's not. The large majority of it should be coming from The USA via I'll attach a screenshot in just a moment from my StatCounter account to give you a better idea of where the traffic coming from...
I'm not using any paid traffic and haven't done any marketing for this website other than SEO. So it should basically all be coming straight from Google...

UPDATE: Please note that you should visit directly in your browser to see what everything looks like in "real-life".
When you view it through this listing with the Flippa bar at the top the social widget doesn't display correctly and you also won't see the AdSense ads on the site.
So it's IMPORTANT that you check the site out outside of Flippa also to see exactly what it looks like...

Daniel, take a look at: If you click on audience, you can see that 59,2% of the audience is coming from India.

In the traffic details you uploaded, I could not find any information as to the origins of the traffic.

Can you clarify this for me?

By the way, really like your site, but the url is a nightmare!

I'll admit I haven't looked into this closely, and what Alexa is saying is pretty strange to me. (Altough it does make a little sense just because India is a humongous country and are heavily involved in everything medical.) I basically just look at AdSense and go by the earnings. They are good - the CTR is high (average between 2.5% - and 5.0%) and the average CPC I get is high too. There's no doubt there is loads of traffic coming to the site from The USA (because the site is and has been ranked for over 2 months now at the top of for "ultrasound technician") and this is reflected in the AdSense earnings. So if the site is also ranking well in India for some reason...well...that's fine with me (can't hurt) :-)
Just uploaded the 2 StatCounter screenshots I meant to upload - so you can have a look at those now.
And thanks for the compliment, I appreciate it! I do agree with you that the url isn't necessarily the prettiest hehe...but it's short and it's a .com and I know this is contrary to what most people do, but I'll take a strong domain with an ugly url instead of an EMD or something like that all day long...if the intention is to rank the site in Google. The ranking benefits of a very solid domain weigh waaay more than perhaps a slightly increased CTR from the SERP's if you are using a pretty url...
These are my two cents anyways :-)

So, to verify, the domain used to be for a French radio station until June 2012 when you decided to make it into an Ultrasound Technician website? And you only started getting traffic in October (according to your StatsCounter images)?

The rise in traffic seems extremely sudden between 18-28 Oct for SEO, almost "overnight." I don't understand.

Hi Primesitemm,
The domain used to be for a Canadian radio station that broadcasted in French. I bought the domain in February 2012 and made it into a generic WordPress blog straight away. I let it sit like that for about 5 months and then made it into the site you see today in June/July 2012.
The site has got some traffic all along, since the domain has had some very valuable backlinks from way back - and the radio station has some fans I guess. It got a little traffic in August and then a tiny bit more in September, but October is when it started to rank highly in Google and thus get substantial traffic.... Anything before that time isn't really worth mentioning as it was only a few visitors per day...

Hi Adoc,
The big rise in traffic was very sudden - that is what happens when a site starts ranking in the top 10 of Google for a major keyword like "ultrasound technician". When you are not in the top 10 you get basically no as soon as you enter the top 10 that's when the traffic starts coming through the door. This of course happens "overnight".
Another thing with this site is that once it entered the top 10 it went all the way up to #1 in a matter of about 12 days. This of course translates into a HUGE explosion of traffic because the top 3 websites get the large majority of the traffic for a given search phrase....
So to recap: If you study the StatCounter screenshots you'll see that around the 9th of October the website's traffic increases markedly (website enters top 10...) - and then the traffic increases even more in the coming days - and then about 12 days later, Monday the 22nd of October to be exact, the website has been ranked #1 for "ultrasound technician" by Google and then there is an avalanche of traffic coming in from that point onwards...
I've also attached a new screenshot from the rank tracker module in Market Samurai so you can see the site's complete ranking history for "ultrasound technician".

Thanks for the detailed explanation. I guess this is a textbook case of what it means to be on page 1 and in the top 3. You should write the book!

Hi there, Your auction looks quite good and well presented, there's a couple of things that I would like to clarify though. You say that the domain has never been dropped in over 9 years, a quick look on shows that yes there has been 2 registrars (which would of been ciauFM and then you) but it states that there has been one drop? Also how come the domain registration is for 2011 when you say its been registered for 9 years?

Secondly, with the aged domain, are all back links relative to the content of the current website? Would there still be links from websites which point to this domain being under the impression that is still the radio stations website and thus be bringing in non-targeted traffic (if that makes sense? I'm still trying to understand how aged domains function).

Thanks alot

Hi Anthony,
The aged domain stuff can indeed be quite confusing and even a bit strange at times. I'll try to explain my POV on this:
I honestly don't understand why it says 1 drop in domaintools, because I snapped it up before it got dropped. It's possible that a drop happened way back - and that the radio station screwed something up in terms of renewing the domain or something like that. But I remember researching the domain before I bought it and I judged it as having never been dropped.
Anyway, the main thing is that a drop didn't happen recently and I didn't buy this as a dropped domain. A lot of people buy dropped domains but that really takes away the key SEO benefits of an aged domain in my opinion...
As to why the domain registration is stated as 2011 I also really have no idea. I got it in 2012 for sure. But this is one thing that I really don't worry about...because the domain is a 9 year old (should be turning 10 years very soon) in the eyes of Google. That's all I care about and that it isn't a recent drop when I buy it, as that would sort of hit the "reset" button on the age and PageRank for example... I'm happy as long as the domain gives me the benefits I'm after - which this one apparently does :-)
For the second question; there are definitely some links out there pointing to the domain as a radio station (or nothing specific - just "bare" links). There are some very strong links doing this in fact, which is one of the reasons I bought the domain in the first place. This is a good thing in my eyes because it means that Google sees a long backlink "history" for the domain, which helps give it authority. It also gives it a very solid "cloud cover" from way back and this has surely helped the site get ranked very fast for a very competitive keyword.
As for traffic coming from these links it should be very low. After I installed the blog right after I bought the domain I received 0-3 visitors per day at most, so that should give a good idea of the traffic coming from the old links. This should be even lower now if anything...I'd say it's 30-60 visitors per month maximum.
I hope this clarifies these points, including giving you an idea of how I think - and why I see it the way I do. As with anything in internet marketing, all I really care about is getting and keeping my websites "in the money" - and thus I'm only concerned with what will help me do that. If something doesn't affect that, I don't care too much...

HI Daniel
Thanks for that, I guess I just want to make sure that I can have confidence in knowing that its not going to get affected by Google updates in a negative way as a result of prior circumstances. Would you be willing to install analytics so we could get a glimpse of where traffic is originating from? I would like to understand why Alexa states that over half of traffic is coming from India. Not supposedly a bad thing, but last thing that would want for is non-legit traffic.

Hi Anthony,
I just posted a new video to YouTube where I look at exactly where and in what proportions the visitors are coming from: These statistics are actually readily available in StatCounter just as in Google Analytics. I really don't know why I didn't realize that and just do a video like this right off that bat...haha...I guess I just didn't remember these statistics are there because I almost never look at them myself.
But I totally understand that this is a concern and so I hope this video is proof enough of where the traffic is actually coming from.
Here is the video link again:
Why Alexa shows what they show is beyond me...but these third-party statistics can be totally ridiculous.

But like I mentioned at the start of the listing I intend to close it myself sometime between January 2nd and 5th - because that's the time range within which I'd like to have found the buyer / winner of this listing.

UPDATE: I just shortened the listing duration by another 24 hours - so there are 4 days left now. I might shorten it one more time by 24 hours, because this sale is a bit time sensitive for my part.
Thanks for all the interest and nice comments so far - I appreciate it!

UPDATE: I decided to shorten the listing duration by 24 hours one more time. I'd love to keep it open longer but did this so the sale will fit within my required time frame.
