Seller's Notes

JungleYard.com was a company I started 2 months ago.

I created this site because I've had many people contact me for creating simple one page websites so I knew there was a market for it. There aren't any companies out there that just specializes in selling one page sites.

But I decided to sell because I am now working on another company which I want to focus on so I'm putting this site on the market for anyone else to take over.

What I'm selling here is the site and a domain so you get everything you need and just start promoting the site to get clients.

You should be able to find many quality 1-page templates out there, such as themeforest and wrapbootstrap so you can resell those and flip them relatively easily.

What makes this site special is the design. I paid over $15k for the design alone and this type of design is something you will not find anywhere else at this price. You should be able to run a nice profitable business in a short time with this.

With a design like this, it will be a great way to start building your new business around.

With this site, a single customer can net you $500/year. It'd be up to you to get clients but I'm sure you guys are better at that than I am.

You also get

  • A custom CMS created in php/mysql for one-page sites
  • 5 templates integrated w/ CMS in various categories (business, personal, wedding, and portfolio)
  • A web-hosting environment with WHMCS and cPanel with subscription payments

I can also provide designs for you if you need and sell them to you for reasonably low fee.

So all you need to do is just get clients and I'll provide the rest.

The reserve price is just $1k as the starting bid because as a first timer on flippa, I wasn't sure what to expect.

Jungleyards hasn't made any sales to be honest but it's because I have never marketed it. Marketing has never really been my specialty, all I'm good at doing is building sites.
As for CMS, it's built on top of Zend Framework, I have made my own custom CMS out of it, which you can check it out at jien2.jaequery.com. It has ability to do everything from blogs, forums, ecommerce, anything that needs custom-made it can do it.
As for the rate I'll charge flat fee of $250/site for now to integrate a theme of your choice into my CMS. The more sites you bring in, I'll lower it even to $100 range. The initial time of converting a theme to work w/ CMS is the only work involved and after that you can just sell them as you please.
I'm also the founder of stiqr.com, which lets you do graphical changes on your site real-time, so I'm looking to integrate that to this CMS sometime shortly. That will definitely get a lot of interest soon, and it's something I'm working full-time on now.
Ideally, I'm really looking for someone who is good at marketing and where I can just resell my services (design/cms) work to. If you are that type, I'd love to work with you.
