Let's be honest. is the ultimate domain name if you have a life insurance business. However, lets understand user intent. The user who searches for life insurance wants what? To find out about life insurance, how it works, maybe to get a policy... I dont know... However, I can tell you that the person who searches fro Life Insurance Quotes is wanting a quote on life insurance which means they have decided they want life insurance - so whats the bets domain? Perhaps it is

We have left plenty of opportunity for the new owner to make Life Insurance Quotes #1. Site is strong - PR6. Holds many positions in Google. Is #1 for things like "life insurance quote" and bounce rate on life insurance quote terms is sub 20%! (See attached Analytics)

This is the ultimate domain name - is billboard worthy, brandable and converts at a ridiculously high rate. User intent and the Google CPC amount suggests just this.

Please note - In order to own an Australian domain name, you require an ABN or are an overseas business registered to trade in Australia. If you are neither but would still like to bid, please contact me to discuss a partnership before placing a bid (this would result in the domain still being registered under my name but is not practical unless you're super keen). Winning bidder to pay via direct deposit via an Australian bank

Additional Revenue Details

An average Life Insurance policy sells for around $800-$1000. There is noone offering a click and buy solution, however the Insurance companies like AMP will do sales for you (again, contacts can be provided). For example AMP pay up to 130% of the first years premium upfront plus a trail.

We currently sell leads to a life insurance broker. There is no contract in place however have been working together for over 6 months, I constantly turn down higher offers for leads (which can be provided to successful winner). I turn them down as I believe I have a great relationship with the current lead buyer. The current lead buyer pays $40 + GST per lead.

I invoice twice a month for leads from 1-15 and then 16-30 of each month. Invoices are always paid promptly.

We have not done any offline advertising nor have we used the name for PPC.

These are all new opportunities the purchaser of this website can explore. Obviously this is the best name for an effective PPC campaign for people wanting life insurance quotes.

Note: Revenue can very quickly increase by changing to a higher per lead deal which I can send you an introduction for and they will bite your arm off. This new deal will automatically increase revenue by 20% - that's Day 1

This name - is a very valuable name in its OWN right, without revenue, without website.

Recent sales: $125,001 - $100,000 - $100,000 - $30,933 - $27,500

Our revenue has increased in recent months and that is due to our rankings increasing from #9 up to #4. However, as you know, the Australian Summer and Holidays in December and January means that lead volumes have been down as well. This site deserves a lot more attention than we can give it and we know, in the right hands, this site can really make a lot of money.

@ #1, the revenue should be at least double, maybe more. That is for you to find out. This is a reluctant sale but we need the money to invest in to our core business which is not life insurance.

There is no cost to manage this site, you may wish to do some SEO, that would be it. Site hosting of course, but other than that, site just makes $$$!!!

Additional Traffic Details

Visitors based on January 2012.

Note: Site was not down during the 0 period, site was upgraded, new developer did not carry across the analytics. Stats only from September as before this time analytics were being controlled not in our account.

I repeat, 14.57% bounce on Life Insurance Quotes search term, this means if you send traffic to this site off the back of that term, ie Adwords and other PPC campaigns, this clearly illustrates the user intent is to get a Life Insurance Quote! This is a money term.

You currently are not accepting Escrow as a payment method. So are you going to transfer the domain and content over completely before you are paid?

@amalseed, what do you need to see for proof of income? I'd suggest you contact some life insurance brokers or companies and ask them how much they would pay per lead.
I have uploaded the leads record from 16-31 January.
As stated in the description above, we do not use any forms of paid. Only organic search to date.

I know you don't advise, but do you have an Australian Financial Services License to deal in general and life insurance products? Your competition like Choosi and iSelect feel the need to.

Hi Astroboydivx,
Both Choosi and iSelect actually sell. Choosi is a white label of and iSelect operates a call centre offering a no advice model but selling direct to their own leads.
We have the appropriate disclaimers required.

Can you show me where you provide "Life Insurance Quotes available from over 15 life insurance companies, compare over 500 policies instantly and save up to 20% today." as stated on the website.

I only see a form that gives a 1 quote, presumably from your broker.

Would that be correct.?

The broker receives the customers details and then will work with the customer to determine which of the 15 life insurance companies and which of the possible 500+ policies is best suited to the customer.
I hope that clarifies.

Thanks for that Shaun.

I notice that a lot of the links to your site seem bought links and / or from expired domains that you now own.

Firstly, are they bought links as they appear and how much do you spend a month on them and how can you guarantee you will keep the links from your own network of sites to ?
thanks again.

Hi Sachinjai,
There are no bought links, no upkeep to links. Yes, I do have some websites that link to this site and I am happy to continue these for the new owner at NO CHARGE for 12 MONTHS, after such time we can come to an arrangement for a small fee.

Hi I only see $3960 in revenue with no payment proof can you please post at least 3months of proof with payment proof and send me the reserve thanks

Hi bizextreme,
The listing shows the revenue of the last 3 months. The only proof of payment available is my bank statements. If you are genuinely interested, my suggestion to you is to ring a few life insurance brokers throughout Australia and see what price they would pay for a lead.
There is HUGE demand for leads and then there is even BIGGER demand for high quality, high converting leads of which LIQ is.
Obviously if I was not receiving payment I would be changing to another provider.
I hope this clarifies.
