Description

BeastShare.com is a file hosting website in which users are able to host their files for others to download. Since the beginning of the website, the website has been growing steadily and has been very rewarding.

Traffic from BeastShare comes mainly from referring sites and search engines. Sites referring traffic to BeastShare are from websites in which the webmasters are using BeastShare to share their files and majority of the traffic comes from there.

I'm looking to move onto other ventures and therefore, I'm looking to let this website go. I simply won't have time to manage the website and to grow it even further.

Everything about the website is pretty automated but the only thing about the website being time consuming is being consistently on the run to promote the website to get more people to use it for the website to grow bigger and always making sure the website/server is up to par to maintain all the traffic it is receiving.

Additional Revenue Details

Currently I'm only using Adsense as the revenue source. It has been going pretty well with the website. Here is a breakdown of the income for the past few months.

March 24 - 31, 2011 - $2,872.18
April 2011 - $8,113.71
May 2011 - $3,049.34
June 2011 - $7,251.58
July 2011 -  $3,773.14 and still growing...

There was a drop in May 2011 in the income and that was mainly due to the server going down. I had to order a completely new server and transfer over the files and it took some time off due to how long it took the company to set my new server up.

Additional Traffic Details

Just as stated in the description, website traffic comes mainly from referring sites and search engines. A breakdown of the traffic is reported on Analytics screenshots.

The main issue with these sorts of sites are that Google doesn't like them. You often get a few months of great income and then Google catches on and bans the account. Do you have a contingency plan if that happens? No one monetizes traffic anywhere NEAR as well as adsense. Looking at your proof it looks like you are displaying ads without the site being verified? is that correct (the big pink box says something about this). Why?

File sharing sites such as Beastshare are easy to manage and easy to get traffic because every site that uploads files to them automatically redirects traffic to the website in order to download the file. Getting banned only occurs when users upload copyrighted material. This is not a issue with Beastshare because the website allows you to accept users and control what files they are allowed to upload and prevent files through keywords, file control, and user control. Beastshare has strict policies that prevent users from uploading material that may cause a ban from advertising companies.

The reality of the situation is that if one copyright file gets uploaded, and one copyright holder complains to google (which happens a lot) Google don't ask questions, they ban the site. Its only a matter of time....I'm thinking thats probably why you are trying to sell yes?

This is not technically true. If this was true, than many large websites such as megaupload, mediafire, hulkshare, 4share would not be as popular as they are today. Each file sharing website takes many precautions from getting banned. If managed correctly this will not happen. As stated before, Beastshare has many options to prevent this from ever occurring. If you have any more questions regarding this feel free to send me a private message. Thank you for your interest.

Beastshare normally generates between $6,000-$8,000 a month not $9,000, although this is highly possible. This is not all profit, the site requires server and affiliates to be paid. There is no catch. Beastshare is worth more than the price listed, but I believe 25k is a reasonable price. Any other questions feel free to message me.
    Thanks

Running Beastshare is very simple. The daily work involved takes less than a hour a day. All the administrator of Beastshare has to do daily is check the Beastshare email to make sure their are no complaints or reports about uploaded copyrighted, and if so these files must be deleted. Beastshare has a option where people can report files which goes directly to the admin email. In order to make this process easy, I have the email linked directly to a phone where as soon as these emails come in they are taken care of (which I advise the winning bidder to do). Each email supplies a direct link to the file where it is a one click to delete the file.
Beastshare makes money like any other website from the advertisements featured on the websites. Each file that is uploaded is posted on a users website, which then returns back to Beastshare. Having over 5,000 users that post files, traffic is easily driven to Beastshare, which in return brings in large views, and large profit. Taken in mind all these users do not get paid for uploading. Only a select few who have a large pagerank and low alexa.

@adsclssified The total cost to pay the users and servers has been $2,500 monthly.

@kelly.a.fuller, Most of the ads are adsense on Beastshare. You may have looked on the wrong website. The link is http://www.beastshare.com. Please review the uploaded attachments, as they verify this information.

The google ads only appear when a user tries to download a file. They do not show for a users who upload files. Try uploading a file then clicking on the url. You will then see the ads.

The message will no longer show. I have placed Beastshare on a hold until the auction is over to ensure that no users make anymore money as I have paid all the users out to make sure the winner has no bills towards any of them.

CyberBoy, don't do that! Users of websites are fickle. It could damage traffic for the buyer. The buyer should just price that into the purchasing price that they are willing to pay.

I just noticed that DopeHood (Your main referrer) started using HulkShare instead of Beast Share in the last couple of days. Why is this? Do you have a relationship with the owner of dopehood? Do they know you are selling it?

These are two of our referrers. They tend to use both Beastshare and Hulkshare. Together they have uploaded over 10,000 files that are permanent and drive traffic. Many websites do similar actions in order to make profit from different companies at a time as this increases the income towards them. All users intend on using Beastshare still because of the payment we provide them and the good service that is issued.
Any more feel free to message me. Thanks

It seems that most of the time both of them were using beastshare, but only recently changed to Hulk. Why would they bother using Hulk as well if they were earning good money from Beast?

And they count for over 60% of the traffic to Beastshare, so it is a very major thing to happen if the two biggest referers were to stop using the site

"recently changed to Hulk." "60% of the traffic to Beastshare" Reading that makes me wonder if the income for this website is secure. If I buy I want to make sure I make money to pay the bills and not lose money. Do you have contracts with these companies that ensure they will continue to use your service? I also noticed on Adscense it said ads being displayed other website pages, is BeastShare.com not approved for adsense?
