New: Live Support Chat

One of Flippa’s goals this year is to expand our customer support coverage. Today, we’re excited to announce that you’ll now be able to live chat with our support teams based in Melbourne and San Francisco. Given the time sensitive nature of auctions on Flippa, we think this will be beneficial to our customers.

This service is currently only available to sellers who have a live premium listing or a premium listing that finished within the last 30 days (unsold or won).

Premium sellers will see a little tab at the bottom of the page, by clicking on that you’ll be talking to a support agent within seconds.

We’ll have some more news on this service soon,  but until then we hope our premium sellers enjoy our expanded support coverage!

    While this is a good step but flippa being so big platform it should be available to all. Even small companies now a days hire people for 24/7 online support than y not flippa?
    Secondly i am trying to contact flippa for an urgent change of payment method for my listing . First my ticket was not responded , when i checked in curiosity than it was marked SOLVED.. how ? No body even contacted me. And new tickets are also not being responded. At this moment when i am losing a high paying client really wish that there would be online support to contact immidietly.
