Hello. My name is David and I am selling a beautiful content rich site that is www.how-to-lose-your-belly-fat.com. It is fully indexed with the major search engines. It was first uploaded on April 6th 2009. The domain is currently with www.namecheap.com and expires on 4-12-2012. I was hosting it with SBI, and recently switched to Hostgator. I only have proof of traffic from May 22nd to current. I get an average of 32 visitors per day and its all Organic traffic.
I have not touched this site much ever since I first created it. I originally made a total of 40 content rich pages and planned on making many more niche content filled pages, but I never did. So this site sat, and collecting 925 visits per month all by itself. I did some backlink work when I first created this site. It currently has 48 backlinks and this is proven by http://seopro.com.au/free-seo-tools/link-checker.
Here are the monetization models that this site has: Clickbank products, Amazon store and links, Google adsence, SBI affiliate, workoutmusic.com affiliate. The only profit that I have made is from google adsence at a total of $13.28 for the life of the site.

Hello, This is just a normal html site. I was using SBI to host and build the site, but I recently moved it over to hostgator to save some money. I kept the SBI logo on the bottom of the pages to use as an affiliate link for SBI sales commissions. I will pm the reserve.

I know that loose weight is very competitive. You state that you have a google #1 rank, for what keyword would that be? And are you only ranked for one keyword?
