Also - with regards to income proof - as mentioned above, the screenshots I have don't say which site brought in the income. The revenue to date has been small (less than $50 per month) so I didn't think it was a big drama. Any suggestions on how to handle this? Thx for looking!

Can you give me access to GA; I'd like to do some digging on incoming keywords; do you have a list of those keywords you currently rank #1 on google?
Absolutely! You can have access to GA. I need to figure out exactly how to do that, but as soon as I do, I will give you access and you can dig through there.
The main keywords that bring traffic to this site are all related to apps: ipod apps, best itouch apps, best apps for college students, etc. I will get in there and generate a full list to give you a better idea. I think there is quite a clear picture in the analytics data I uploaded to Flippa yesterday.
I really think the massive potential with this site will come if the new owner is focused on iPod and app store reviews. It's a gold mine. I have a full strategy prepared, but I just don't have the time to implement it. If the new owner is interested, I will hand over all that info.

I am not sure why it's not showing up in the Google results now. Perhaps it's because all the traffic from this auction has messed it up. I can't explain what's going on with Google. At the time of this listing, I was ranking on the first page of Google, Yahoo, and Bing for all of these keywords. And it's still there on Yahoo and Bing. So, it won't take long for the site to bounce back up again in Google, I'm sure.
Google are confusing at the best of times. :)

You simply register as a free member, add in your site details, and unique, relevant articles are published to your blog. You can select the frequency of posts, and you can also request to manually approve them if you prefer.
