I created this site way back in mid 2007 as a place to connect young entrepreneurs across the globe.
The site's design is 100% custom and you won't find another that looks like it. It's got a great layout with useful WP plugins, etc. Also comes with a twitter account (but I have never posted a single tweet so it's fresh!)
This site used to flourish and could easily get back to the top of niche with a little TLC. I'd recommend unique content and will tell the buyer where I would come up with all of my unique stuff.

Revenue Details
I'll be the first to admit that I never put much though/effort into monetization. I setup a text-link-ads account a couple of years ago and it's been on autopilot ever since. 100% of the site's revenue has come from there meaning there are TONS of opportunities for someoine who knows what they are doing.
Traffic Details
Entire site is indexed and has over 350 inlinks. Used to have a high PR but has slipped off since I don't update the site anymore. Revenue still comes in though!

Hey guys, thanks for all of the bidding! This shouldn't affect most of you, but for those intending on using TLA.. Yesterday, I received a notice from TLA that my site was delisted. They did not give a specific reason, but my assumption is this is due to the fact that the last couple of posts were linked to from other blogs. I will remove these articles today and contact them to try and resolve. I sincerely apologize for this and hope to resolve shortly.
