@webinvestments: About "Script installation = $100 per month". NineHub is a web based Course Management System (CMS). All scripts, database and files located on a server. Users (teachers and students) can access with any web browsers.
Some users they want to have Moodle setup in their own server or networking environment, such as server in their schools. We helped them to install remotely.
I have not advertise such service on the website. If the new owner advertise such professional installation service, I believe this revenue channel will increase significantly.

@87Lakers: Adsense only on the courses (subdomains). The new owner can add Adsense on the portal. I plan to add a Support Forum but I have no time. You can also add Adsense in the Support Forum. I can help to transfer to new owner's server. I don't think the current server can change the ownership. Sorry I have no change to make further Adsense report. Regarding Text-Link-Ads, I'm not sure about the commitment.
@Abdulrazag Alhadi: Yes, it supports multi language. Instructors pay nothing to use the service. The site is ads supported. Often they ask if we can help to install remotely with their own server or school's server. Sorry I don't provide demo access.

I am very interested but still have some concerns.
I noticed that the "learn more" links on the frontpage are dead. Can you finish those? What CMS is used for the frontpage design?
What marketing ideas do you have for further promoting the service? I noticed in the Analytics that most visitors are not searching for keywords related to the service so the site must have a recognized brand (a good thing!). But what would you say are the main keywords to promote via SEO?

@87Lakers: As stated previously, the reason I sell the site because I have no time to improve or maintain it. The portal uses html/php. It is easy to find developer to do the code these days. When you do that, you can ask for blog features, and you can adsense as well, of course. I did not do any marketing for this website. NineHub is just popular and well known in education industry. They recommend other teachers about NineHub via forums, blogs, directories, etc.
@webinvestments: Currently we hold new registration for server maintenance schedule (cleaning up inactive classes, optimise database for thousands of classes, etc). It is required to maintain healthy server load.

How many requests do you receive per day for new classes? Do you have to manually approve all new classes? How many, if any, do you reject per day and what would be the reason(s) for rejecting them.
Can you post AdSense earnings since the 8th?
Also, I just noticed that you only accept PayPal. That would rule me out as I'll only use Escrow.com for such a transfer.
Concerns that lead me to think this might not be as good as it sounds:
1. The web design changes when you start clicking through the links. If you couldn't even finish the web design properly, how can I trust that you were able to implement the rest of the site?

@Webinvestments: I receive between 7-25 new registration per day. Now I manually approve the classes. Of course you can run it automatically. We can setup using cron feature (run every 5 or 10 minutes). Usually the reason I reject: duplicate registration and spam.

@adammc: NineHub has thousands of subdomains. Compete.com could show inaccurate stats. I attached Google Analytics for the portal and all subdomains.
What % of signups are duplicate or spam?
I'm still trying to get a feel for how much help you'll offer on the transfer. Will you complete the transfer to the new server by yourself? Will you setup the cron jobs for the approval process, etc? if requested?
@87Lakers: It's approximately 5% spam or duplicated registration. I have a script that can clean up inactive registration (no activities within 1-3 months). I will help to transfer completely to the new server. If requested I can help to setup cron for automatically accept the registration.
I have a script to copy the new adsense code to all subdomains. It's a very useful script.

I'm not finding a server hosting company offering the required server specification in the price range you mentioned. The 2x1TB seems to increase the price significantly. Where/how can the new owner get a similar price?
Hi - how many current members/teachers are signed up with the service? Also, could we leave this on your hosting for 3-4 months while we re-code the way the accounts are handled to split over multiple servers?

@museman: There are more than 7,000 subdomains with between 2-10 courses in each subdomain. Sorry I can't provide it as I need to create a customs script to collect such data. I will close the account with the current data center. I want to focus on my offline business which is doing well and keep me busy. You can talk to a developer to use multiple server or cluster server for cPanel/WHM.
@webinvestgments: My data center is SoftLayer.com. If you are lucky you can get very cheap server at SoftLayer Outlet at http://outlet.softlayer.com/. They occasionally have free DOUBLE upgrade for HDD and bandwidth. Make an online chat and ask for discount.

Hey, may i ask why are all the adsense stats show estimated? In screenshot "Adsense 2" you show Nov 2009 stats but those are estimates too!
Why is that? Why dont you show us the actual Nov 2009 earning stats from adsense? Google would have even paid you for those Nov 2009 earnings by now!
