I am here to sell my website - WordsThatMove.com
I bought this website in December last year, from a guy from a forum (I won't disclose the forum name here.) I am kind of newbie when it comes to managing websites. The website was earning from Adsense & Hydra Affiliate Network. So, I was supposed to get both these accounts. I was able to get Hydra account but could not get approval for Adsense. So, the website still has Adsense code of previous owner and he is getting around $350-$400 every single month even though the website ownership is mine.
I tried to get Adsense 3 times but failed and then thought of selling the website, as I am kind of losing around $400 every month by not having my own Adsense account. I even emailed the previous owner to pay me the money via PayPal (which he was earning from Adsense), but he didnt reply. So, I am here to sell this website, so that someone can earn money, both from Adsense and Hydra. Another reason for selling is that I am still a newbie and don't know much about fully managing websites etc.
Note :- I will entertain serious bidders only.
Coming to website, its a poetry website, kind of autoblog. The thing is, it doesnt update the content on daily basis. I add content with "Autoblogged" plugin,once every week or so, and then deactivate the plugin. This is because i dont want my host to have problem with this website being an autoblog. Also, Every month I keep deleting old posts, and keep my total posts under 50 most of the time.
There is no SEO done, I never was interested in SEO'ing or working on optimizing every single day.
My traffic is all paid, exactly $150 every month paypal subscription. I have a wholesaler to supply traffic all day, every day. The traffic is AdSense safe. But majority of my income is from Hydra Affiliate network.
You would need a VPN/Dedicated hosting ($25 per month). Shared hosting wont be able to handle all the traffic that this website gets.
Whats required from the owner is a hosting account and a paypal account (to pay for traffic on monthly basis).
About the domain, this domain is not new. Its an expired domain I bought earlier in 2009 and then built website and actualized the plan.
The buyer will get this cool domain, all website files, full campaign information (it would take 15 minutes to start traffic campaign and then its gonna be on auto-pilot.). You would need to make sure that you pay your subscription on time or else your account with traffic supplier might be blocked forever.

I was going with $150 per month plan. But there are 2 other plans as well (one is $275 per month and one is $495 per month).
The higher the plan, the more traffic you receive. You get proper control panel and can select which countries to get traffic from. But you cant select hourly rate.

wait a minute. you wrote that u could'nt get adsense account approved.
so, how could you get the adsense reports you are showing here?
Those Adsense reports are of last year, dear. Thats when the website was with the previous seller. I added his screenshots here as well.
Just curious as to why you couldn't get the Adsense account & if the buyer of your site will have any problems getting approved?
Getting an Adsense account is getting hard. Your website should be atleast 6 months old, must have unique content etc etc.
I would prefer someone who already has an Adsense account, so he can start earning right away.

Is adsense account denied because of paid traffic source and the possibility of paid clicking??
@trevy:- This website doesn't have unique content, so while applying for Adsense account, I never gave this URL. I used another website to apply, which is over 11 months old now and has 100% unique content. Still, I was denied, I wonder why.
And the traffic is not "paid to click' or anything of that sort.
