Description
I am looking to sell the established network of SSL-enabled CGI proxy web sites. Major domain name is secureproxynetwork.com and nine auxilary domains listed below:

All domain names were registered in 2006. Since then the network of proxy servers has been running without interruption and has acquired stable SE rankings and back links from many proxy websites and top lists.
The system requires NO maintenance unless you decide to customize or modify anything. All the subscription creations, expirations and payments are handled automatically by PayPal IPN script.
SSL certificates for all the domains were registered with Namecheap. All domains are configured to support HTTPS protocol.
The back-end of the system is modified CGI proxy script. The server is running Fedora Linux, Apache and SQUID proxy server to leverage caching. MySQL database is NOT required.
VPSLink hosting account is $130 USD per month. Each domain has unique IP address from different class C network. So the web sites appear as if they were located on different physical servers.
The reason for selling is that I do not have time to maintain and develop this proxy network further. I would like to concentrate on other projects.
Revenue Details
Gross Revenue (per month): $350 from paid customer subscriptions only. There are no adverts on the web sites. All the income is generated from paid user subscriptions. Paid user subscription is $5 USD per month. It allows unrestricted access to the proxy.
Customer database currently consist of 70 active paid users. Also there is the email list (750 addresses) of previously subscribed people. You can run an effective email marketing campaign to get those customers back.

3.Do the site will lose some backlinks after sale ? from your other sites because i see this auction from xroxy.com where sites have link too.
1) Yes, I do have a minimum sale price which is reserve price for this auction.
2) Hosting package (VPSLink) is included with the sale. It is $130 USD/month It is up to the buyer to stick with the current hosting package or migrate to another.
3) No. I trade links between few my web sites. If the backlinks on the sites included in this auction will not be removed by the buyer, they will continue to appear on my other proxy web sites.

I feel disappointed,
The site have 12724 visitors not even 13 000 , but you say 17 000.
And what about the customers.
Site will not make 350 $ like you fill here because this are money for people who subscree via paypal , the money will still come to your account.
I am sorry you are disappointed. Pageviews/uniques stats might change over time.
Once the web sites are sold all the existing subscriptions will be canceled and expire at the end of the current billing term. Then the customers will set up new subscription with the new PayPal account. New customers will start signing up with new PayPal account as soon as changes are made to the checkout page.
