This is a two part auction.
First, you get 5url.us, which is a site that lets you run your own URL shortening service, complete with API and full stats service, ability to login and create your own URLs or create anonymous URLs.
Second, you get the ShorterURL script itself that we sell on the site to sell to your own customers.
The site, and the script are in PHP and use mySQL for the backend. Easy to change the template on both versions.
So what's my reason for selling? Simple, I need to put the money to a new project that has just fallen into my laps fast.
Revenue Details
Revenue comes from sales of the script, plus ads from adsense.
I had thought about doing more ad pushing, or even actual banner ad selling, but hadn't gotten around to it.
This site is pretty much build it once, let it run itself, I have had to do zero support in 6 months and it generates clicks from the various sites.
Traffic Details
Most traffic is generated by a cross between:
- Users shortening their longer URLs (as the name implies), and then viewing their stats reports for their shortened URLs to look at traffic and where the traffic from point A to point B comes from.
- Search engines looking for the sites.

Jeff, I've attached a SQL dump of forwarded URLs through the DB, since google analytics doesn't get included on the forwarding pages. (the page users get sent to when they click a URL and come to the site).
SEO on the site was some content work, page titles, there are really only a few pages so it didn't really involve too much.
I had planned to build a type of directory page, letting you browse though more URLs but never got time.
Can you provide proof of revenue?
