This website alone has made me thousands of dollars since I have owned it.  The average income on a monthly basis is usually between $1200-$1500 if marketed properly and kept on with regards to SEO and promotions.  I haven’t touched this site for months and it is losing income at this point because I have neglected it.

The site earns is revenue by the selling a credit repair kit and Adsense.  The average Adsense amount a month is about $200 or so.  The credit repair kit is sold for $19.95 and includes the main product that is comprised of a 292 page book and forms to battle bad credit.  There is also another 385 page book that we give as a bonus.  Both products can be seen here:  http://www.repairbadcreditfast.com/thankyou.html

The site also has some extra features that come with it such as Link Machine.  This is a somewhat automated reciprocal link building program.  You may see the full details here: http://linkmachine.net/ The site also has Mike Filsaimes Power Link Generator.  If you don’t know what this is it is basically a way to cloak your affiliate links so when you market your products to your customer base the link is hidden and you earn the money.  Lastly, the site also has installed a custom article CMS system for you to add articles to.  These articles are fully loaded with Adsense so the chances of a customer checking out the free resources and clicking are very high.

As I said earlier the site is losing its value because I am not really interested in the maintenance of my sites any longer as I have made so much money from them I am just growing bored.  I have attached a PDF file of the sites current rankings within the search engines.  With a little work you gain re-gain the sites PG1 rankings and be making $1500 a month on autopilot easily. 

Some methods of promotion I used was email marketing, social media, articles, blogs, and of course PPC.  I do have a keyword lists and ad lists for the PPC but it will be up to you to test them at your own risk.  With PPC quality scores changing all the time I am not sure what is good and what is not at this point, but I can give you a starting point.

In my honest opinion I think if you worked very hard on the Marketing/SEO for about 1-2 weeks and used all of the promotion methods above as I did and maybe even some of your own tricks of the trade this is a steal and certainly a diamond in the rough.

This site is basically an affiliate marketing Blog.  As you can see I haven’t posted any content to the site for about 6 months.  Currently holding strong at a PR1 this site has my affiliate links for a number of products in almost every single posts.  There is also a plugin that you can add to the site which ads your ClickBank id to market other products.

The site makes its money by Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing, Adsense, and Blogroll.  Its really hard to say exactly how much money has been earned through this site because of the amount of subscribers that it has generated and marketing the same products to my list.  I have sold links on the Blogroll for yearly subscriptions for $50.  The site also builds an email list by offering them a free product to download which can be seen here http://www.reviewoftheguru.com/ThankYou/TheExpertGuidetoAffiliateMarketing.pdf

THE SITE HAS A SUBSCIBER BASE THAT I HAVE EXPORTED TO PHP LIST OF ABOUT 1300 PEOPLE.  ESTIMATE WORTHYNESS FOR SUBSCRIBERS IS ABOUT $2.00.  ESTIMATED VALUE IS $2600 AND YOU GET THEM ALL.

The site is done in Word Press and gets indexed almost instantly for any post I make.  I have attached a current rankings report of the site and as you will see there are many good keywords and positions that I achieved with my SEO and keyword targeting.This site needs a little TLC and some good content to get it back on track and bring the customer base back.  The possibilities for this site are endless and the amounts of money that can be made are endless as well.

In my honest opinion I think if you worked very hard on the Marketing/SEO for about 1-2 weeks with some Link Building, new product promotion, and email marketing you will start to make the thousands I once did.  Simply start creating some posts and letting your email list know about it and watch the money roll in...and fast!.

Simply put…affiliate marketing all the way for this site.  This site was designed as a review of the product Elite Money Makers when it was launched.

I emailed Steve Johnsons crew at Elite Money Makers and has asked if I could use their graphics for my review site to generate leads.  Of course the answer was, “whatever brings in the money!”.  Really good team of professionals there and the marketing materials alone were great.

Revenue was made by Article Marketing and Affiliate Marketing to my list of subscribers from Review of the Guru.  I added a sweet bonus and told the subscribers that it had an estimated value of over $10K and if they bought from me it was all theirs.

Speaking of Article Marketing.  Go to Google and type in Elite Money Makers Scam or Elite Money Makers Reviews and you will see all of my articles that I had written on the top of the page.  I was quick with these and efficient in making people think that they had to come to my site and buy.

This was a site that I did nothing with period.  However, the product is approved for sale on ClickBank although I never activated.  The site is ClickBank friendly and you will to be given the right to sell this product.

This site is very simple in design and can start earning you a large income by actually starting to market the product.  You can simple change out some of the colors and/or graphics for a fresh new look and push this to your list.

PR0 and once a PR3 because I have neglected it

Simply put the is an Link and Article Directory which has over 1700 members.  Each person needs to sign up and confirm their email before a submission.  At which point the email is then added to my list in PHP List.The site is driven by a full copy of PHP Link Directory and not a free version.  I currently sell links for $5 and Featured links for $10.  Members may submit articles for free and/or reciprocal links for free.  This site generates about $50-$100 a month on autopilot

Because I neglected the site it lost its page rank.  When a PR3 I was selling home page links for $50 per month easily and you can do with a little work on Link Building.  Everyone knows the Directories are the easiest and fastest way to make money.

Lastly, I have generated over 1700 emails for my marketing campaigns from this site.
