Description

Mustang Automotive Forum with a good amount of backlinks and quality looking template.

The forum uses the best forum software: Vbulletin

The current license is nontransferable because the license is outdated.  But if you make a bid above $3,000, I will take off $190 of the final price to buy a brand new Vbulletin license.

The forum is using vbseo too.

All the profits are through the BANS Store - You will need a bans license for using the store - Buildanichestore.com

The template has also been monetized for Adsense, so everytime people visit the forum it gets a lot of clicks.

As you might notice the forum doesn't have much conent, so you can see how much potential this forum has.  Add more content and watch the money fly in!

There's a lot of traffic due to all the backlinks I've created for the site.

Revenue Details

Most of the profit is through the parts store on the forum.

2009 Adsense Earnings: $292.49 - http://flippa.com/auctions/83911/attachments/131779.jpg

2009 Ebay Earnings: $1422.46 - http://flippa.com/auctions/83911/attachments/131780.jpg

Total Earnings for 2009 = $1714.95

The monthly earnings were calculated by dividing $1720 by 12 months.  $1720 ÷ 12 = $145  Rounded off of course.

Traffic Details

All the traffic is organic through the search engines.

Minimum bid is about 10x too high of a starting point for a forum with 200 members, if you lower it significantly please message me and I will submit a bid.

10x too high, huh? Have you looked at the earnings? A website price is calculated by it's earnings not it's members. I've attached screen shots of all my earnings, they are justified.

I've seen forums a lot more active then mine and make no where near as much.

I use forums different then you guys do, I'm not looking to start a community. I use it to build content and traffic, which forums do tremendously. See I'm looking to make money. And adding a store and a monetized adsense template to a forum is the way to go.

For you guys that don't add stores to your forums, boy you are missing out.

Of course if you'd like to turn the forum into a community go ahead, more props to you. You'll probably end up pulling in more cash.

I think the price seems totally justified: monthly revenue times 18. That's the metric I use.

Icedout - I don't have the ebay account, but I have an adsense account. Is the ebay commission account you have transferable, or do I need to set up my own if I buy the site?

No not transferable, you must register for an ebay account, you can do so here -> https://www.ebaypartnernetwork.com/files/hub/en-US/index.html

Since you're in the U.S. Ebay should accept you pretty quickly.

I hear where you guys are coming from, EPN earnings did drop a little bit. But, I implemented Adsense to make up for it.

    January 2009 Ebay Earnings made $105.08 http://flippa.com/auctions/83911/attachments/131801.jpg

    December 2009 Ebay Earnings made $59.77 http://flippa.com/auctions/83911/attachments/131808.jpg
With December 2009 Adsense earnings added $38.34 http://flippa.com/auctions/83911/attachments/131809.jpg

So for December 2009 the site made $98.11

    That's a drop of $6.97 dollars from January 2009, that's not much!

And with traffic increasing, I think the forum is definitely worth the value.

If you start adding content every day, you earnings will almost double. The forum doesn't have a ton of content, so you know how much potential it has.

I did lower the bin to $3500 to give a bigger chance to buy the site.
