Hello - Yep, I write all my books, create my own covers and I create my own sites. None of this was outsourced or pre-written.
Yes I can help you with domain name picks, help after the sale, etc. I do have 7 other books on Amazon that I sell myself.
The split with amazon currently (with a $14.99) selling price is $5.33 per sale. If you upgrade your listing to be distributed through their larger sales channels, it's $6.84 per sale. You also have the option of raising or lowering the price to suit your needs.
Keep in mind, you do nothing. Amazon handles orders, printing, shipping and customer service. They also do all of the promotion. However, the more promoting you do, the better!

You don't need any affiliate accounts. You will own the product so it's yours to sell.
However, you will get access to the account used to create the book and publish it so that you have complete control over the listing on Amazon.
