The domain name itself is valued at $1,766.60 from websiteoutlook.com and I have monitized it through Google AdWords by simply re-directing it to a sales page.

I chose this domain name for the percentage of sales conversions I got through direct linking campaigns with adwords by identifying the highest converting keywords, then duplicating the campaign with this domain which was then redirected to an affiliate product's main page.

Then, the 1st vendor's sales page went away, so I redirected it to a second affliate product.  The second affiliate product only sold a certain amount of recurring memberships... and since then, I haven't done anything with the site - until recently...

Proven and Profitable Keyword Research:

For tracking the stats on keyword conversions I used the "Google Cash Detective" automated tracker -GCA- (which was $99/mo on it's own) so after the affiliate programs that I was promoting stopped and slowed down, I cancelled my GCA account.  This means that I don't have any stats to show as far as my converting keywords (because I didn't know at the time I would be selling the site)... but that is the basis for the domain name and keyword targeted categories I have set up for you on the new blog :)

Revenue Details

I have previously monetized this site through direct linking campaigns through Google AdWords, and simply redirecting the site to sales pages, however the site name and category set up is based on my highest converting keywords.  Have a look at the screen-shots below.

I have driven traffic primarily through Google AdWords, and since the implementation of the blog traffic is building through organic SEO and Twitter.

   The homepage is now a sticky post that I wrote, and is 100% original content for your visitors when they hit it... it's loaded with anchor text keyword links (to an affiliate product which is easy to get approved for), and I also submitted a press release a couple days ago to help with more organic traffic

   URL trends is still showing a pr3 for the domain name. I don't know what google does or when they do it, but I do know that it was a pr3 with google at the beginning of this listing.

   Very disappointed your stats did not verify, nice looking site, some irrelevant content, but nice site...nice layout.. and PR0, a shame,,, was interested. Good luck tho.

   Well, as we all know google does things we can't explain... As you can see in the first video, google shows a pr3 at the time of the listing.

    It's still a great domain name and layout like you said tascer but I don't have control over google and its not a pr3 any longer... but you will receive everything that I do have control over :)
