Designmoo is one of the web's largest collections of design resources and has a large reach across major design blogs that utilize the "moo" voting buttons.
Designmoo is powered by Drupal and Drigg, which has a support website at http://www.drigg-code.org
Managing the site consists of moderating content and upgrading Drupal and its modules as necessary. Overall, time spent managing the site runs between 15 minutes to 1 hour per day.
The sale also includes the Designmoo Blog and all assets contained within. The blog is largely undeveloped but has the potential to really increase traffic to the site and increase the userbase.
The new owner would be required to transfer the blog to a new host or to a different server with the same host, as it's on a dedicated virtual box with Firehost currently.

Number of registered users is 1,618. We are not currently sending any mailings, but since this is built on Drupal, you could install a mailing list module quite easily.
