OK. Thanks. I've got a couple questions about the Semiologic Pro blog included - is that updated to latest WP and Sem Pro versions? And what is the license being passed to buyer for pro version of semiologic cms?

The blog is currently running version 2.8x Wordpress (latest version before 2.9), and most recent version of Sem Pro (6.0). Although WP version 2.9 is released, I never upgrade to the newest WP version till a month or so after release, when I know all the bugs are worked out. There will be a new version of Sem Pro released shortly, as well. I WILL update both on the blog at time of transfer so the new owner will have the latest version.
I have a Semiologic Pro developer's license. And although this site is one of my own personal websites, my developer's license allows me to pass a 'single site' license to the new owner so they can run Sem Pro on this domain.

I'm 'Cleaning House', so to speak. Let me explain...
My online business has been very good to me, But its had me working 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. I've been working at that pace for the last 12 years, after an early retirement from Intel.
I'm coming up on 60 years old and I don't want to work that hard any longer. AND...when I DO work, I want it to be on things that REALLY grab me. And the Internet Marketing niche isn't something that does.
I've started the ball rolling to EASE into semi-retirement by the latter part of this year
1. I closed my web development/seo service just last August 2009.
2. I've begun finding new homes for at least 75% of my websites, website networks, and undeveloped domain names.And this 'Mininet' is one of them.
