Up for auction today is my blog http://www.HowToMakeQuickMoneyToday.com
The blog was started with the idea of building brand in make money niche. The whole purpose of this blog is to get people to opt in to the mailing list.
As you can see on the blog I offer a free eBook for opt in. The book is called "6 Proven Online Income Models".
This book is unique. It was written by a ghost writer I had hired. The book has resources section under each income model with affiliate links embedded to make affiliate income.
If you surf around the blog you will see it is very interactive. There are people who comment on the blog and visit often.
If you click on category "List Building" and read different posts from bottom to top you will see that this is honest review blog with live stats of my site. This will be the best place if you want to know more about this blog.
The about page, eBook (possibly some other areas on the site) have my branding all over it. As part of the sale I will change all the branding to your name so you can own the site and eBook with your brand and build it more.
I was able to make this blog a PR3 in 6 months after promotion. The blog search and referral traffic.

All content on the blog is unique.
Support after sale
Assist you in transferring the contents of the site to your hosting account. If you are not techy sort I can set it up for you.
Domain is registered at namecheap so is a free push to your free namecheap account. I will host the site for a month after sale. You have to arrange for your own hosting after that. I won’t transfer to other registrars.
Reason for selling:
I do online marketing part time. I have gotten a lot busy with my full time job and want to sell my blogs that are not profitable right now. This blog is one of them. It needs time to build brand and get opt ins and work the list to make money from it. If I let it sit there it will die. Right now it is an active community with people visiting it and commenting on it.
So what is included in the sale:
1. The domain
2. Blog with contents (I can zip the whole site contents and make it available for download so you can host it)
3. The ebook (this is unique - not a PLR book). You will get the word document as well.
4. I have 4 unique articles with article spin tags you can use to promote the site more and get more backlinks that I have not used yet. I will give you these articles as part of sale.
I will change the brand on the site and ebook before transfering the whole site to you. The ebook has a section in it where I mention about free video series. I will be removing this section from the book before transfering to you as I am not giving you rights to the videos. The free videos were being offered with the book for opt in but I just removed them before posting this auction. The videos have my branding all over it and I cannot give them as part of this sale.
I also have a list of 25 blogs that I comment on to get backlinks to this blog. Most of these blogs are PR 3 or higher. I will also give you a list of these blogs so you can continue to comment on them. As example you can see http://bloggingtothebank.com site. In Top Comments section I am 2nd in the list and link back to my blog. It is a PR 3 blog linking back to my blog. I will give you 25 such other blogs I comment on. Most have top comments section that you can leverage.

brian157, List is not that big. So far I have approx 60+ on list. I am sure I can extract the emails and get you the details but I dont think you can import the list onto your auto responder. I believe the auto responders dont allow this because of spamming issues.
But I can definitely export the list for you.

PR stands for google page rank. If you search google for that term you can learn about it. It is not possible to explain with a comment.
I suggest you google on it. In short it is a way for search engines to rate your site and give it rankings.
Something just dont fit together. 800 uniques a month and 60 leads at your list ?
Ususally offering a free book get you around 20% signups, what would be 160 leads a month in your case. Over 6 month that sums up to to almost 1000 subscribers.
Any explanations why you have such a small list ? I couldn't see any optin box at your page, different to above screenshot.
