Separate Administration area is used by the owner to control RealtyPAL’s pages content, images uploads, articles uploads, authorize.net automatic payment modifications and credentials, and other capabilities.
Premium domain name RealtyPal.com is highly desirable domain name, easy to remember and great for generating traffic. The name RealtyPal® has been trademarked, and the trademark registration will be transferred to the new owner upon sale.
RealtyPAL.com website system is completely functional and operational. Just buy it, market it and make some money with it or you can customize it to your liking.
Operating costs: monthly cost of a dedicated server, authorize.net (payment system) with your merchant fees. Our monthly total comes to approximately $180-$200/month (plus/minus). Revenue Details
Revenue comes from user's recurring subscription. There are three subscription options: Monthly, Semi-Annually and Annually. (Subscription amount and the upfront/setup fee are controlled through the Administration area). Additional revenue can be also realized from the advertising and affiliate marketing (this has not been done yet.)

So to be clear are their revenues or not? Are you using PPC ads to generate current traffic?
No, please read the description above. No marketing has yet been done on the system, due to our lack of marketing finances. This is a very advanced, professionally programmed, huge website system. If it was generating any revenue, the selling price would have been a lot higher. The back end modules (emailing capability, email tracking and reporting, etc. are extremely powerful and are written in C#). PM me if you have any specific questions about the system.
Oh, the traffic - probably generated by the domain name alone RealtyPal.com - it's a very desireable domain name!
Well-done site and an interesting concept. But you have been getting 2k visits a month already without marketing yet still no signups? Did you run any market demand testing before creating the project? Please post an analytics screenshot.
I can tell you from experience that the domain name alone is hardly "a very desirable domain name!".
I suggest you put up some traffic stats so we can all see exactly where it come from.

I took an average from compete.com. Maybe traffic is coming from Flippa visitors, I don't know.
I played with Google words for about 3-4 days not that long ago just to see how it works, then cancelled the account. Maybe that helped, as well. It really needs to be advertised to generate good traffic and income. Yes, it has no customers yet and yes, I am totally to blame for my lack of knowledge in internet marketing so far and for putting all my money and time into this system,. I am learning, however about marketing/internet marketing fast, so if I don't sell it this time, I will consider generating better traffic and get some customers/income going if I decide to sell it again. Any experienced .NET programmers out there?
If I don't sell this system I will possibly also consider a joint venture for this project with an experienced .NET programmer who is: experienced in .NET technology (ASP.NET, C#, VB, MS SQL), some graphics/multimedia knowledge (for templates, etc) +marketing/ internet marketing knowledge would be helpful. If interested, please PM me your credentials, experience and samples of your work. Please no 3rd party outsourcing - if I do a JV, I would like to deal with a programmer-partner directly.

Tried your website - very impressed! Question I have is: how hard would it be to change it for use by other businesses, besides real estate. Is your backend generic?
Yes, you can do it. The back end is generic and can be resued for any businesses (it's basically the emailing capability, email tracking and reporting, templates creation, PDF printing, users administration, and many other features.) All that can stay the same. You will just need to change the front end for different text and images for the templates perhaps. Majority of text you can change yourself through the Administration area (it's pretty easy to do) and if you want to change the sample templates (images, etc.), you'll probably need a programmer if you don't know graphics or programming yourself. So, the main part of the system is really the back end - that will stay the same. Let me know if you have any questions or PM me.
