I will help the new owner transfer everything to their server, set everything up, answer any questions, and provide any other training they might need for a period of 60 days                 (Although the business is so simple to operate I highly doubt it will take anyone 60 days....but just in case I'll be available)!

Time needed to operate the business:
The business is basically on autopilot, and takes 20-30 minutes per day to operate. That 20-30 minutes per day is spent checking up on advertising, fulfilling orders, and answering any emails. That's all there is to it, and again, it's all in the operations manual, you aren't left out in the dark about what you need to do.

Please note:
Escrow.com will be used to transfer the domain only. It is currently at GoDaddy.com, so the winning bidder will need a GoDaddy account also. The escrow fees will be split 50/50. The fees should be around $60 total, so that's $30 each for the buyer and seller.

Once the domain has been transferred, and the escrow transaction complete, I will give the html files, and manual to the new owner.
