Description

I am selling www.phone-tracking.com and website

This is a beauty of a website. Never touched but makes easy money.

This site can be monetised with both adsense and clickbank but i choose to just have clickbank there at the moment.

It is indexed well in Google and also gets good traffic from Yahoo and Bing.

The domain name is popular and i get tired of offers to buy it from me. I want to sell it this way through a proper auction site.

I am selling because i want to pay some bills.

Included in the sale:

1. Domain name

2. Website content

The sucessor bidder will be able to download the files and edit affiliate ids etc.

Revenue Details

The site makes money through a clickbank product which pays out commission. The product offered in is the very hot phone search niche that can pay out upto $30 per sale in commission.

Monthly commission is approx $500. Aug, Sep and October totalled $1500 commission.

The site could also be monetised with adsense. I experimented with this and had days of between $5 and $10 per day. See the screenshot below. The figures show UK £s. I HAVE NOT factored adsense earnings into the valuation, so if you added adsense, that would be a bonus revenue for you.

I will also provide details of a UK phone tracking offer that pays our on average around $50 a month.

Traffic Details

Google and Yahoo send the most traffic.

It would be very easy to increase traffic i think. If the purchaser bought some backlinks or did some backlinking on high PR websites it would increase the site's presence in SERPS.

    Hi,

Is this website completely automated and self-sustaining?

Also, I understand that the average monthly income is $500 for the last 3 months, but would you mind providing details on previous months as well please?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Yes it is self sustaining. You should of course do some SEO housekeeping once or twice a year.

Cant go back more than August with the income stats i'm afraid as Clickbank wont allow it.

Do you have analtyics installed? What percentage of traffic comes from search engines vs. refferals/directs? Need to know a little bit about the traffic composition and how qualified they are?

@bizdevguy - thanks for your comment. To help me get the data for you, could you be a bit more specific regarding 'qualified'.

    Hi there,

You can access history further back than 3 months in Clickbank. Go to "transactions". Select the date, and search by "vendor". This should go back as far as you need. Can you PM me or post a screenshot for the last 6 months?

    Thanks

Hi techguy, I am interested in offering a bid. Before I can do that can you add me to analytics? I will pm you my email add if it's possible. I need to view it to determine how much I would bid. Thank you.

The other qn I have is, how can we tell that your revenue screenshots are not shared with your 4 other sites? From your footer, it shows you linking to 4 other exact similar sites. Is there anyway to tell the revenue screenshot you are showing is purely from phone-tracking.com only?

Hello, the clickbank screenshots all feature a tracking id which is for the website being sold. You can test this out yourself on the website to double check.

I only installed Google Analytics on the domain last week but will activate here.

    Hi,

Thanks for uploading the Google Analytics. I noticed about 40% of the traffic comes from youtube, did you do any video uploads or promotion on youtube?

@jarmas .... regarding youtube i think some people have linked to the site via a video.

what i did early in November was do some high PR backlinking to an internal site page. The effects of this in SERPS hasnt kicked in yet.

    Hi ,
I may be interested but need following why analytics do not show prior to November 2-6? also could please detail the keyword ranking on google I google for phone tracker per your analytics can not find it, an idea of position would help.
Also can you please explain a litle more the monetization part people come to your site do a reverse cel or phone search then a premium report is offered to the the visitor, is this where you get a clickbank position for? or is for another product I do not see? now why the adsense in 2008 why you did not pursue the adsense ? thank you for the answers PM or public answers would be fine

@Marc43 - i just added adsense hence nothing before this month. I have put the AWSTATS from the server to show previous traffic etc

Yes, when the user tries the iframe teaser and sees basic results, they then can buy a more detailed report, that where the commission comes from and it can be as high as $30 on a single sale.

I didnt pursue adsense as reverse phone search brought out some better affiliates materials which i used in place of ads. It wouldnt be too difficult to put ads back in. I just haven't bothered and been happy with the revenue without adsense.

It is not my service. It is the service of another company which uses information available in the USA and i doubt they would be offering it if it was illegal.

    Hi there,

I can't see the screenshot for the last 6 months, can you send it over / provide me with a URL?

Also, I'm not seeing you ranked for any of the top 3 keywords you're getting traffic from search engines - can you let me know which keywords produce the most traffic, and what search engines / positions I can find your site on, for those keywords?

    Adi.
