I want to mention that it's not obligate to buy this site. I do believe someone will find the site appealing and it will be a nice purchase for him/her.
The site is greatly modified with custom look and keyword rich domain, which is very important when you are serious about ranking high in search engines.
Everyone pointing out BIN price, please do not forget about Reserve, it's way too reasonable. But again, you might lose nice site if someone finds the BIN reasonable. Also I'm flexible about the BIN, I might lower it and then someone will be first.
