Description

This site is an investor's dream. Currently earning over $110/day in AdSense, almost a straight-line upwards trend, dozens of Page 1 and #1 keywords, 85% organic search engine traffic.

If you're looking for AdSense revenue, it doesn't get much better than this.

The site features all-original, high-quality content, is thoroughly optimized, beautifully SEO'd, and has tons of upside. In fact, if you did absolutely nothing but add a post or two per week, the site would continue on it's nearly-perfect upwards trend.

You're buying an already-high-earning Adsense site with a perfect upwards trend that will double in revenue.

I am posting a screenshot from Webmaster Tools (the "Top Search Queries" screen) showing the Page 1 and #1 listings, including the top listings that are driving traffic.

There are almost 700 backlinks, perfectly spread across the homepage and inner pages.

The site gets 85% of it's traffic from pure search. The majority of the rest is from articles, other sites in the niche, etc.

I am selling this site frankly because I need the money. I was actually ready to sell the site two months ago, and again one month ago - as can be verified by Sitepoint buyers that I've sold to or worked with in the past - but held it because it had such a steady, reliable upwards trend.

That trend continues, but I'm faced with having to move as my lease is up next month, and will be incurring significant expenses. The truth is, the site is a terrific earner, and with a steady week-over-week jump in earnings, I would not be terribly unhappy keeping the site.

The buyer will receive complete IP rights to all the content, along with a no-compete agreement.

I will also offer free hosting for 1 year on my own dedicated server, or full assistance moving the site to the buyer's hosting of choice. I will do the full Wordpress installation, database migration, setup & config, etc. if desired.

I will also agree to continue updating the site a minimum of 2x per week for 60 days, and would be amenable to an ongoing 'management' arrangement to continue working on the site.

The bottom line is there isn't likely to be another opportunity like this. The revenue is already terrific, and you have the chance to 'get in' low while it continues to climb upwards.

Revenue Details

The site is currently averaging over $110/day. Revenue rises during the week, and slows over the weekend. This is a thoroughly consistent pattern. Each week beats the previous week, and this also is thoroughly consistent.

The site has an extremely consistent CTR, and an extremely consistent high average EPC.

It all comes down to traffic. More traffic = more revenue. Double the traffic, you double the revenue.

NOTE: I have added a VERIFIED AdSense revenue screenshot - since I have AdSense linked to Google Analytics, I sent a GA report showing Adsense revenue to Flippa for verified posting.

Traffic Details

The site is currently averaging 440 visitors per day. Traffic rises on weekdays, and slows on weekends. This has been a perfectly consistent trend, owing to the nature of the site and it's informational content.

Just like revenue, traffic has been growing steadily week-over-week, month-over-month, with an almost straight-line upwards trend since the site was launched.

As mentioned above the site gets 85% of it's traffic from pure search. The majority of the rest is from articles, other sites in the niche, etc.

I'm posting a VERIFIED Google Analytics report.

I'm also posting a screenshot from Webmaster Tools screenshot showing many of the #1 listings and Page 1 listings.

Does this auction violate the Flippa Terms and Conditions? If so, please report it.

NOTE: I've added verification of revenue by sending a Google Analytics report to Flippa. Since my Adsense account is linked to my GA account, I can bring up Adsense reports in GA, which Flippa can verify as authentic.

Investors dream is a steady earning venture. Will you guarantee the earnings for as many months the deal is made compared to current monthly earning?

    HI AudiS2 - good "investor's dream" reply!

I would guarantee earnings under the following conditions:

    - Purchase for the BIN.
    - I am given exclusive 'management' responsibility to insure it isn't mis-handled.
    - The guarantee is forfeit if the buyer does anything to cause the site to be de-listed, etc.

    Hi Snow,

All traffic is, and has been, completely free. No Adwords or other paid traffic.

    100% free traffic.

Well we can not say completely free now can we. Time = Money and I am most certain it cost you some time by the looks of it.

So exactly how much time have you spent per week to build of the site articles backlinks etc.etc.

Thanks. Your other site (www.nursing-school-programs.com) seems to be in the same niche... please explain if you push any traffic from there or relations for better understanding.

    Hi Vladious,

By 'free' I'm referring to the traffic sources. Of course I've put time into building the site, but nothing has every been spent directly on traffic.

Additionally, the site has been in "maintainence" mode for over a month, meaning there isn't an aggressive link-building campaign going on, etc. In fact, you can see by the posts it isn't even updated daily.

The traffic comes from having Page 1 SERPs listings. There are enough of them, and they are solid enough, that the site's success isn't dependent on any one keyword.

I currently post appx. 2x per week to the site. When I post, I also submit it to Ezinearticles, and Social Bookmark the post using Onlywire. That's the extent of the current backlinking and maintenance work.

    Hi Snow,

Nursing School Programs is a separate independent site. While they are in similar niches, they aren't identical niches. The keywords that each target and rank for are completely different, with the exception of "Red Cross CNA Training".

This site holds the top spots for those keywords..

In terms of referral traffic between the two, it's almost zero.

That said, I will probably be putting that site up for auction at some point as well.

When you submit to ezine, are you posting exactly same content as you posted on your site, or write a different article and submit?

    Hi Snow,

The 'general rule' in internet marketing is, use your original content on your own site first, let it get indexed, then submit to EZA. Sometimes I modify it a bit, sometimes not. FYI, EZA allows you to submit content you've already published on your own sites, as long as it's properly attributed to you.

Great website, some really well written content on there.

In terms of updating.. do you just write a new post and add it to the site twice a week? Or does this include submitting articles to ezines etc.

With your past articles have you only submitted them to the main ezine directory or others as well?

    Hi Renlong,

Thanks for the kind words. Currently I add a post every few days - basically appx. 2x per week, bookmark it, then submit it to EZA. That's pretty much everything that's done, and all that needs to be done to keep the site moving.

I've submitted a handful to Buzzle and Goarticles, but for the most part, it's EZA.
