Large network of niche websites for sale, in total generating over 450K unique visitors/2 million impressions per month. Advertising revenue is from Adsense clicks and MediaClick banners, averaging over US$4.4K monthly on average for the last 12 months. Previous earnings were higher before the economic meltdown.

Expenses are in the order of US$160 per month for a dedicated server hosting plan. Most sites are over 2 years old. All traffic is from organic sources, absolutely no paid advertising done, apart from the occionsional article writing/distribution. All sites are no brainers and easy to maintain with the appropriate guidance.

Many of the sites are ranked 1st in google for their targeted keywords. Some of the sites are relatively new and will gain good ranking in time. All SEO efforts have been clean and very organic.

My reason for selling is basically this...I've been building this network of sites for a few years now and want a new direction in life. I would prefer to sell all sites in a package, thus making the hand-over easy. The buyer could take control of the hosting account, banner ad account (therefore an guaranteed banner revenue, no approval process), stat account, licenses. etc.

The sale would include everything...graphics, hosting account, licences and any needed assistance to start controlling the network. I have not had a chance to play with affiliate programs, for which many sites could benefit from.

I will consider orders for individuals sites, but the transfer would be made really easy if the winning buyer obtained all sites. I am sure there are many questions, so please ask me anything.
